English Village Park, Nixa MO

I went by the park in Oct. I was surprised at the condition. I managed that park for 14 years until 2009. We were rated #1 in the area. It was sad to see. I know a lot of tenants I knew have moved. This is not Melissa. It's Diana

Really bad customer service someone broke into my trailer only stayed there for 6 months and when I finally told them I sold my trailer the next day someone broke into it and they didn’t do anything about it they are very discriminating and disrespectful to my property not safe to stay at all. My mail was going to other people’s trailer when they shouldn’t even be happening one of those worker guys stole our electric when we where paying the company for the electricity very fishy.

Nice clean park I really like dave he took care of my yard alot for very little money and done a good job. The management are very nice and will try to help you with any needs you may have.

Went by to look at a trailer to buy. It was night so didnt really get a good look at everything but didnt see anything wrong with the place. The guy I'm buying the trailer from says they go up with the lot rent all the time though. Will update after I've been there a while if I can remember.

It's not a bad park, I have a few friends who live here, always see kids playing, and I rarely see or hear of bad neighbors other than rumors. The street could be repaved. The thing I hear about the most that makes me dislike it is the Rent {Lot Fees} keep Going Up. Forcing residents to have to either go without a thing they are used to or move. There does not seem to be anything the residents of English village are receiving to suggest a reason for the monthly hike on lot fees. So it could be a ploy to "relocate" some of the more financially unstable from the area. <a rumor I heard from someone who lives there.

Don't waste your time. Applied and had to call them multiple times to check in on application. Was denied for lack of rental history (everything was always in the ex's name) then I found out several felons and addicts got approved. Yeah ok, that makes sense. My income far exceeded their's with no criminal background. Blessings in disguise!

Have to park looks okay then the half part looks like trailer trash. Doesn't seem like it has good management at all.

Clean. Good people. Maintenance is great! Beautiful park, and convenient to surrounding areas.
