Arena Enterprise Center reviews
18Very bad seating. Incredibly cramped and the row G at section 318 has very minimal leg space. Had to sit with my knees pressing against the railing the entire 3 hours.
Great place. The mask requirements and COVID vac tests/clear are quite burdensome and we almost didn't go. But they were fast with testing and the lines were great. Parking close/getting in and out of the venue was about as long as the concert. Great job considering how packed it was
Upper level seats do not give any room to sit comfortably as the space given is not enough. Otherwise the event was spectacular. TSO is great.
Was a total blast, I know they have to accommodate people, but those seats are really small, had a hard time staying comfortable
Let's go Blues! Parking can be a challenge l. Especially when there are multiple events going on downtown. The rink is great tho. Bring a jacket
First time here was 2 weeks ago for a Blue's game. Been back twice since then. The event staff has been great. Beautiful place and you cannot find a bad seat from top to bottom to watch a hockey game. Blast!
Great concert and should get there a little earlier to find parking and get through security for Covid19/security/ticket check in for Manheim or Blue's game or any concert.
Very cool Blues win entertaining experience. God bless all the the people that were involved with raising money for cancer research
Very organized and well run. We usually park at Casino Queen and take the train over the river. Consessions are unnecessarily expensive.
The For King and Country Drummer Boy concert was amazing! Highly recommend the band.
As far as a facility goes it is awfully well kept for its age. As far as the concerts I've been to I would say facility staff is competent and helpful if not a little gruff. Just be aware there is no guarantee your car is safe when parking near there. DO NOT leave anything valuable in it at all! You have been warned!
This was our first time attending an event at Enterprise Center since Covid protocols kicked in. I was very impressed with how fast and organized the entry process was.
Great atmosphere but, if you are a smoker it cannot be anymore inconvenient as it is! You have to go downstairs and outside and you cannot take your $10 beer with you. It will take you no less than 20 minutes to do so
My review is not on the Blues game or Transiberian Orchestra, which were both fantastic. But on the center itself. The COVID protocols are frustrating to say the least. I handled mine fine online, however for the older patrons such as my 71 and 76 year old attendees who do not have cell phones or email addresses, one would think that for $60 per test a paper could be printed showing their results. We had to redo all our intakes to include them as companions, and myself and significant other weren't being tested, just our elders. Living in different regions and purchasing our tickets at separate times, we were unaware of how difficult it would be to simply get them tested, have proof of their results, and enjoy the show we spent almost $1000 for, not including the $120 for their tests, nor the concessions once inside. Furthermore, if one is willing to take the chance to be in public at a large venue, and they've paid for their tickets knowing it's a pandemic, I don't see what the necessity is for such an extensive process. Wear masks, enjoy your show, have a good evening. Done.
As per the seating, I understand packing the place and making the most of the space, however, two more inches on the walking space on the higher levels would really make a difference. Every time someone went up or down the stairs, I watched them struggle to get to and from their seats. Many almost falling into the rows below them if not for the help of others in those seats who would grab them and make sure they didn't fall. I'm all about filling the rafters, but safety seems to be an issue. Luckily, everyone there seemed happy to help when they saw someone struggling.
Now that the negatives are out of the way, I want to point out the positives. The staff are mostly incredibly friendly and helpful. They really seem to go out of their way to ensure you have a great show or game. The concessions are very expensive- $21 for two 16oz Michelob Ultras and $8 for a bottle of water- but they are also varied and one can find almost anything they want to snack on or drink. The restrooms were clean and well stocked throughout all the traffic in and out. The lines move rather quickly getting inside, granted you have all of your COVID protocols in check. The acoustics for the orchestra were great, and through the Blues game, we didn't miss a single second. The overall performances were excellent, my three star rating is mostly based on the undue frustrations for the elders in attendance, and for the expense of a very small order of cheese fries and bottle of water.
Liked the venue and the show but be warned the seats in the mezzanine are tight. Luckily we had empty seats next to us to stretch our legs
First hockey game Blues won 5-1 great game we enjoyed it from the O'Reilly suite it was great a suite is the way to go personal bathroom food drinks concierge and servers. O'Reilly and Husso baby! Let's go Blues
The home of the Blues and the MVC Arch Madness tournament has been nicely remodeled & updated since my last visit there 20 years ago. It is quite fan-friendly, too!
I had a great time at the game! The food I purchased, although expensive was very good and tasty! Of course, best of all was the 6 to 2 win by The Blues over the Red Wings!
Excellent venue. Parking at the actual venue was $20 which is not bad. Just be aware that they were only taking cash at the time of the event I went to. It is a parking garage and it was adjacent to the venue so a very short walk and a few sets of stairs depending on the level you park on. Inside the venue the bathrooms were large so when there was a line it went quickly. The seats were actually comfortable. We were not on the floor for this particular event but we had a great view. Getting out of the venue and the parking garage went quite well also. All in all a great experience.
