Good service is hard to come across now days. Collin and Jake have excellent customer service and it is so much appreciated. They assisted me literally at last minute (I walked in at 5: 57 and they close at 6) and they put me in a vehicle a day before my reservation. They even waited for me to upload money onto my card because I had cash when I arrived. It was after hours at this point and they still conducted themselves professionally and friendly. I have been renting from Enterprise for years but this will def be my location from now on! Thanks y’all

Nothing but excellent service. I’m very happy with the polite and professional service I received from Josh and the other guys during my recent rental. The car that I rented, although not my style, was very nice, clean and had more features than I needed. I even gave it a nickname…Smurfette!

When I first walked in, I was hesitant seeing they were renovating the entire Enterprise Office. However, after being greeted immediately by Gabriel (even while he was assisting another customer), I took a seat and waited my turn. Colin came up after he got off the phone with another customer and assisted me. He made polite and professional small talk asking about my holiday and how my traveling has been thus far for this trip. They went over all the information thoroughly for the rental and displayed the features of the car we rented in an efficient time. Overall experience was 10/10 or in this case 5 stars. I felt like a valued customer.

I would give zero stars if I could for this experience. I was treated as a problem instead of a customer. I called four working days in advance and was instructed to come in on a specific day. I received no rental vehicle, no quality service, and no solution at this location.

Really enjoyed our experience with this Enterprise. Glen was really helpful when checking out today, prompt and kind. Will definitely be using this location next time I need a rental in the area.

This extra insurance sales that they always push is just a way to make more money for the rental. You might a well just add $20.00 more a day to the price. If you don't have any damage when you return the rental were does that money go. How does the customer know.

They never have clean decent cars. I will never rent from the Creve Couer location again. Enterprise Rent A Car is an excellent company. But the staff at Creve Couer location, are the worst people ever. They run your card, before letting you know the amount to be charged. I have been a long time customer of Enterprise Rent A Car for more than 10 years.

My experience at this location with the branch manager, Kevin M and Assistant Manager, Colin was Fantastic! They were quick yet efficient and made the process go smooth and without issue. I had been renting from a previous location that I wont name and it's the slowest and most times inefficient branch. I'll likely be visiting this branch from now on, I've been renting from Enterprise for over 10 years, to me it's still the most affordable without all the extra fees/rules the competitors offer even with the one new change regarding the utility bill thing. Which to me, if you're a plus member and have a reputable relationship, you should be able to bypass alot of that, but anyway, that's just my opinion. Bottom line, great branch with great customer service, Good Job Team! See you soon!

I had a reservation REFUSED by the manager, Cody Ayres, who SAID he was cancelling it. On Dec 16,2017 @9am. And I still have not been given a explanation as to WHY? I am a frequent renter, a Enterprise Plus Member and a Employee Family member!

I had a humiliating experience at the Creve Coeur location with the MANAGER Cody Ayres! He interrupted a perfectly good reservation that Veronica had COMPLETED. Reopened the reservation and began badgering me about WHO did my resrrvation, threatened to cancel if I didn't answer him. And he did just that! I left the place of business walking, no pickup or definitely NOT a drop off, in the cold (30degrees) 3 blocks.no coat because I was dropped off! I contacted escalations, rescheduled my planned trip, TRIED to enjoy my holiday, and didn't hear from ANYONE until Dec. 27th. Who immediately defended Cody's behavior. How 99%of the time, Cody is A GOOD WORKER. Well, unfortunately, I received his 1%. I emailed the Area Manager, Jeff Wilkins on Jan 7th and I STILL have not heard back from him (a week later) I want to warn you! He's a COCKY little guy behind the counter!

Max and Jake were very helpful and had great service even when I showed up late to my reservation 1 minute before closing. I appreciate their ability to be flexible when problems come up. I did end up with a pickup truck (I cant complain on this because I was really late) for a long drive which wasn't friendly on the gas tank. If its possible, it would be awesome if there were a way to keep some more compacts/sedans on back up!

Went there to get a rental car on international license after calling them in advance to check for availability. Apparently, the call operator misguided me and they didn't have any cars available in the segment I was looking car. I felt that they were also not very clear on how to deal with a case of international driving license.

I have had one incident where I could not get a vehicle thanks to there system. Luckily the manager gave me a discount for my next vehicle but when I got there my discount didn't mean anything because I was charged more than what my online booking said. 121 with a 20% discount equals 138? Huh?

Both employees on site when we rented were extremely nice and focused on any way they could possibly accommodate our needs.

This Enterprise is in the strip mall next to Domino's so pay attention to the turn-in.

My experience was exceptional! Jake personally made sure i had a % customer satisfaction experience! He deffinetly goes above and beyond to just show customers that he cares respectfully for each and every one. Nowadays you don’t see a lot of awesome customer service the way I experienced at enterprise so I really appreciate Jake going above and beyond to make it an awesome experience!

If i could give zero i would.but honestly I’ve never had a bad experience until i went today. Prebooked this Rental.plenty of cars but due to me having a Missouri license and recently moving out of state i was not given a rent. She said i didnt pass their verification system. She then told me they could do a manual verification she needed my check stub and light bill from the new state.gave her both.still denied me. I caught a lyft there and was really inconvenienced. Had to catch a lyft back to the hotel where i was staying then catch another lyft to work so that i wouldnt be late because i couldnt get a rental. Literally two weeks ago. I booked at enterprise and was given a car with all the same stipulations, so i was completely flabbergasted today and left in tears. So frustrated with them dont think I’ll ever be back. The only way they would give me a rental was if i had a return flight which I currently dont have because of not knowing how long I’d be here for work. There is only one helpful person here (the brotha) the rest.a complete disappointment

I normally don't like to waste my time leaving a review but I feel compelled to let other know:

1. I was told Sorento was available for me, but I got there the clerk insisted he said Optima, even after I asked for SUV over the phone because I have a baby.
2. Calls and leaves voice mails on NYE saying that the car I am in has been sold and that it needs to be turned in ASAP.
3. When I do call back to turn my car in, they don't even need the car.
4. When I tell them about my experience when I return my car they apologize breifly and asks for 5 star review when their boss calls.lol

I will never rent from enterprise again solely due to this place and their lack of professionalism and integrity.

Always courtesy to customer. The car rental that picks you up. I got the best price when booked in advance on the website. The customer rep gave me a free upgrade to a bigger car when I was not happy with the selection. The driver (name Drew) who picked me up from home and dropped me off at my house after returning the rental was the best. He is courtesy and friendly. He made me feel I am a valued customer.

I recently rented a car for one day at Enterprise in Creve Coeur. It was the first time I have had them pick me up and take me to their rental location on Olive. I was picked up by a young man named Kenya Dennis. He took me back to the rental location, signed me up for the rental, checked the car out for any damage, and explained things I would need to know to operate the car. He was very thorough, very efficient, and very knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. I could tell he really enjoyed working for Enterprise. He was probably the best person I have had to book and handle my rental over all the years I have been renting from Enterprise. I plan to request him in all future rentals from that location. If I still had my company, I would probably have offered him a job. I find that too many people are quick to criticize, but don't take the time to compliment someone when they stand out.

So far so good. We will see how checking back in goes. Very personable staff. Friendly and quick. Will give five stars for check out.

The check back in process was even better.very friendly staff and even gave me a ride home. Was very pleased with service and would use this Enterprise service again in the future.
