Poor cars, worn out. But still charging Max money. Employees are more interested in there phones then they are helping customers.

I want to say a Big Thank you to Nick! He’s very professional and always ready to help with any problems. Every time when I got some situations I was so thankful that he was at work. I knew that he’ll help me to solve problems and make my day better.

Easy check-in, car was sanitized and included an extra disinfectant wipe. Drop-off was equally easy.

The staff was professional, and the service was good.
It was a nightmare to return the car. The listed address for car return for a person who doesnt live in St. Louis was a closed off parking lot, and so I had to go around several times before I could find the entrance to your car return.
This added to the anxiety of being late in catching the flight.

My car was unavailable upon arrival. I had an extensive wait that made me late for my first scheduled appointment. I had to settle for a small pickup truck instead of a full size car just to get on the road which eliminated the ability to comfortably take associates in my vehicle. Very disappointing experience.

Rented a car on Tuesday, they said it would be there ready to go, I get there on Saturday and no car, pathetic! Don’t everrrrr rent a car from this location, terrible customer service

I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I requested a Dodge Challenger because it was my daughters 13th birthday and wanted to surprise her with it! I would have given 5 stars but because they have a check in kiosk and I tried several times to check in from there only to be told that if you were local you couldn't use it. That made me have to wait in a lengthy line to speak with a customer rep. Other than that, my rental was great!

They are easy to return, no waiting, staff was Courteous, shuttle was great, drivers was great

Our car was ready and waiting when we arrived. The car was clean and just
what we needed for our party of 6. When we dropped it off an agent quickly checked us back in and we were on our way. Great customer service - fast, friendly, efficient. Great rates too!

The line moved quickly and we were in a clean vehicle in no time! I highly recommend Enterprise and I will be renting from them again.

Enterprise is currently sharing space with National, so it's a bit confusing especially when it's time to drop off the car (the sign outside the lot points to Enterprise, but inside the lot the only sign is for National and Avis). No pre-drive review of the car with an Enterprise employee, which surprised me as I've rented cars from the company for decades and have always done the walk-around before entering the car. But otherwise service was quick and friendly.

Not that impressed with the service that the ordinary Joe gets when there is a emergency need for a rental car.

It would've been 4 but our car had a slow leak luckily we were able to work thru it and still have a good time

Our experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was great! The shuttles to and from the St. Louis Airport came every few minutes and was a very short ride. We rented a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and it was perfect for our needs. There were 6 of us and it fit us comfortably as well as all of our luggage. The day we were returning to St. Louis we stopped to fill the car with gas (in a town a couple of hours from St. Louis) and the gas tank door would not open, so we could not put gas in the car. My one complaint was that Roadside assistance was very hard to understand and could not offer us any solutions. Luckily we had enough gas to get us to St. Louis. The gas light turned on as we entered the parking lot to return the car. We told them the problem with the car and that we still had several hours before needing to return the car and wanted to see sights in St. Louis. Within minutes, Lance Willis had another minivan at our side and had us transfer over to that one and gave us as much time as we wanted to go see sights before returning it. He also waived any gas charges for our vehicle. Lance went above and beyond to help us and we were very impressed! Thank you Enterprise, for your stellar customer service!

Pickup by bus was fast and efficient. Time in line was fast. Vehicle was clean. No issues with drop off either.

The Checkout procedure was a challenge. Not having rented in a long while we were not familiar with the kiosk process and stood in a long line for a while before an employee finally let everyone know that the kiosks where available for those who had prebooked. Then they had to help us through the process as it was not simple. We did eventually get a car and it was an upgrade due to high volume. The car was clean and fun to drive. The checkout experience was quick and easy and transport to and from the airport was quick and efficient. Will rent from Enterprise in the future and be smarter in checking out next time.

The manager on duty today was wonderful, as was the gal who scanned out the vehicle- it was her BD! Great rental place, outstanding staff every time!
