Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. After driving 30 min to pick up a vehicle on my way out of town, was told that not only did they not have my car, but that they had actually given it away to another location earlier. I was not notified ahead of time, and was told my only option was to drive to another location on the complete other side of town. Was additionally told that the manager would call me to discuss, but that call did not happen. Don't trust that your reservation means that you have a car.

Had a 9am appointment. Showed up at 12 and car was gone. They informed me they only hold the car for 1 hour. (Wish i had known) Rescheduled to have them pick me up at 5 (at their suggestion). I called at 5: 30 because they hadn’t shown up and they informed me they had no cars. Now left with no vehicle but possibly one tomorrow. Wish i could say this was the first time this kind of thing has happened at this particular location but it’s not. Too bad insurance scheduled this because i would not have.

Update, they no showed and no called to pick me up. I called and they said they were short staffed. Person on the phone became irritated and began telling me it was my fault. Unbelievable leaving a costumer stranded twice and then proceeding to make no apologies.

They had no rental cars and that is there only reason for being total failure on there part time to close up

"Sorry the car you are supposed to be renting is at Firestone, we will call when it's ready". Here we are, the following day, crickets. The car is at "Firestone" seems to be common practice. Good thing I didn't wait and just rented from Avis for $140 cheaper.

Called 30 minutes before pick up to tell me they didnt have anything left that I reserved online. But offered to charge me 50 more dollars a day to help me out of the situation.

I always rent my cars from the Enterprise store in Grandview Missouri. I appreciate the customer service and have never had a problem with any of the vehicles.

Recently rented another vehicle. The vehicle was ready upon my arrival. No waiting.

The people at Enterprise in Grandview, MO are amazing. They are friendly and polite every time I am there. They understand that is the way to run a business. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, even when they don't have cars.
They pick me up at my house and drop me off when needed. They make conversation in the car, when that's necessary: they make me feel like family, not luggage. I've worked with other rental car dealers, and I always come back here. I never have to worry that the cars aren't road ready, or that they aren't clean, like some places I won't name. Most of all, I like the way they make me feel.

Despite the misfortune that had come upon me and the very generous offer of the owner and operator Devon Ray, I was initially wary to rent a car from Enterprise again, because a different Enterprise franchise had attempted to defraud me in the past. However, Mr. Ray's leadership and customer service skills persuaded me to take a chance on this particular Enterprise location. While I cannot promise that I will use any or all Enterprise locations in the future due to this singular positive outcome, I will most definitely recommend and return to Devon Ray's Enterprise Rent a Car location. His leadership is above and beyond industry standards and it shows in his service and staff.

We returned our car on June 12th and we’re told because someone entered the information wrong in their system they had to split up the return of our deposit. The first payment was made as they promised however we have yet to receive the balance. I finally called the branch on 8/1 and was told they would investigate and a manager would call me back. I never received a call so I called back today and was again given the runaround and told a manager would investigate and call me back. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they were busy. I asked for the name and contact information for the branch manager and was placed on hold. After holding for 25 minutes I called back and was hung up on twice. This branch is very unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone until or unless the current management is replaced. The unprofessional reps are a reflection of the management. When we rented the vehicle the funds were taken from account that same day however when it comes to them paying back what they owe we have to go through hell to get it back. It is a simple equation: you took $300 as a deposit, we held up our end of the contract so you owe us our $300 back. That is simple but they are making it very difficult. If you rent from there please be aware they may not hold up their end of the and the management will not help you

Enterprise Car Rental Grandview, MO, my first time here as I'm from another state. This is the most nonresponsive rental location I've ever dealt with.this far. I had put $50 deposit to hold, this was on Sept 12-15, as of today Sept 29, I have not received my $50 back on my debit card. Enterprise said it was my bank, I've been in touch with my bank everyday, to no avail, no $50. Please check with your bank when renting from ENTERPRISE to make sure they put your money back into your account, I WILL NOT, even if my insurance co.recommend Enterprise ever use their service again, and I've used Enterise for years. Come on now, $50, you can do much better! This is not acceptable, ENTERPRISE GRANDVIEW, MO, YOU STINK BADLY!

My insurance set up a car for me to rent and when I got there, they told me they had no cars. They claimed they called me but I didn't have any call log from them. The staff behind the counter refused to even look at my call log to see I had received no call. Overall rude and unprofessional for them to not have vehicles to rent.

They took advantage of me I went in to get a rental cause somebody ran into my jeep, they made it seem like if you didn’t get their insurance than the car was not cover, even though my insurance covered the rental if I got in a wreck. They made me pay $251 that I was not planning on spending went in to talk about it and than they went back and made it to $270. Didn’t get a refund for the $69 they held while I had the car even though I brought it back with more gas and told them that the starter was getting real hard to start and tires looked bald and didn’t have windshield wiper fluid when I had left but brought it back with some in it. As somebody with a head injury, I felt like they took advantage of my disability and will never use enterprise and will let all my family and friends know not to use them because of my awful experience.

Not happy with this location or Enterprise at all. I will not refer anyone else to them. Gave them a chance to make it right and they did not.

Rented a SUV for vacation. The SUV overheated on the 2nd day of our vacation and we had to pull off the highway. I contacted Enterprise to make them aware of it. They scheduled to have the vehicle towed and arranged a Uber driver to pick us up and take us to pick up another vehicle. We were able to continue our vacation. When we returned home from vacation and returned the vehicle to Enterprise they were very apologetic for the issues and inconvenience we had to go through. They did the right thing regarding the bill. Didn't give 5 stars because of the issues we encountered, however I would rent from them again.
