Waited for a follow up phone call for over 48 hours. They never called me back. I called their phone number and literally sat on hold for 55 minutes and by then their office closed. This is freaking ridiculous!

All was good, service, personal, except for the inside of the windshield, it was very dirty on the inside

My insurance had rented me a car as someone totaled mine. They would not let me pick it up. Only cause I had a state issued paper license till my physical copy came in. I was told there was no way I could get the rental without a physical ID. Even though the paper ID says it’s a valid temporary ID. So now I’m stuck without car with no way to work. Cause someone hit my car while it was parked at my house.

Brayden was not helpful at all and provided poor customer service. I’ve rented at this particular location several times. He is disengaged, completely void of facial expressions and quite odd. After being denied service because of a legitimate work discount code I went to another location and received great service. I will not rent from this location ever again if he’s employed there. Please consider more training for this “manager. ”

Absolutely horrific experience. Lots of signs for where to drop off but NONE for where to pick up. The entrance that you end up having to use is clearly labeled "No Personal Vehicles". Getting in touch with anyone on-site by phone is literally impossible. Go anywhere but here,!

I made multiple attempts to arrange a ride to go pick up my vehicle resignation. First attempt, nobody showed up for half an hour. I called only to find out nobody was on the way. They then told me they would send someone right away. After 15 more minutes of waiting, still nothing. I live 6 minutes away from Enterprise. This is ridiculous. I finally just canceled.

The young lady who helped me went above and beyond in EXCELLENT customer service. Car rental process was fast and went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

I was provided a rental confirmation number from my insurance company on Thursday to rent from the location in blue Springs. They called and advised they would not have any cars Tuesday and I could check with other locations to see if they have available vehicles. On Thursday I called the liberty location, and they advised they would have SUVs available on Saturday. To
come in first thing at 10 AM. I arrived on Saturday morning it was a little busy as to be expected and then I was helped by Ashley. She looked up my first and last name and advise that my confirmation was for Bluesprings and she would not be able to help me. I called Bluesprings and let them know to transfer the reservation over to liberty. I explain that to another gentleman that was willing to help me. He began to set up the reservation but then when Ashley found out she stopped him and told him that I could not rent from that location. I asked Ashley why couldn’t he set me up an SUV since they had availability. She said because they had to take all the other customers reservations first before they can help me. I explained to her that I’m also a customer I have a confirmation number from enterprise it should not matter what location. She continue to say that she could not help me and that I would need to go to another location. This woman is definitely in the wrong field! She has a bad attitude, she’s condescending, Definitely no customer service skills at all. I have rented from this location several times earlier this year, and everyone was very helpful. However if Ashley is over this particular area then I will no longer be coming to this location

The agent at Enterprise was efficient and briefly explained the basics of each point in the contract. Beyond that, Ashley was extremely personable and engaging. It was a a very positive experience.

I've been renting from Enterprise for years and have had great service overall! A special thank you to Ashley at the Liberty, Mo location for my last reservation which had to be pushed from my original reservation. It was extremely busy but she handled it like a pro! Very calm, professional and efficient! Keep up the great service Ashley!

I had to rent a car because my engine went out and had to be worked on. Ashley worked with me on a good price. I did have to extend the rental a few times due to my car not being done. The office staff was always courteous and polite. Ashley is awesome.

They lied about having a rental available on short notice after my mom and I discovered her car’s rear wheel was missing some lug nuts.
