ENTERPRISE PLUS for multiple years here. LAST 3 out of 4 rental attempts they call the day before with "Sorry, we do not have employees at that branch tomorrow. You could drive north 30 minutes and we might have a car, but we might not. " Last time it was, "We are overbooked with no cars available. " I always book my work trips way ahead of time. Unlike Enterprise, I have to show up to work and have everything I need to complete the mission.

Poor customer service from the very start. I am renting through my insurance because my pregnant wife hit a deer. 1st when I showed up they only had a nissan frontier which cost more than what my insurance covered each day. I called three different locations every day for a week and was told they had nothing to help me out. The Friday after Thanksgiving someone smashed the driver door window and stole my wallet and my firearm that was stored in the center console. While it is not my fault the window was broke I understand that it is not Enterprise's fault either. I received 3 quotes ranging from $155 to $200 to fix the window. When I contacted the Enterprise office in Clinton MO to explain my situation they told me they would not swap out vehicles until I paid my deductible. Mind you my wallet was stolen. They told me my deductible was $1000 and then they said they would be generous and only charge me $500. He told me they file a claim with my insurance and thats where his numbers for my deductible comes from even though you can't change the price of a deductible. Not to mention that they want to charge me twice the cost of repairs. I asked to see their policy of where they get their numbers for damage repair cost and was told I signed a contract and he refused to show me where it says I have to use my insurance. Even though I tried showing the only thing I could find which is paragraph 7 in their terms and conditions and says I'd have to pay for damages and like a 10% fee or something like that. So I decided to escalate to his manager because he seem to either be entirely uneducated on this unique situation or absolutely horrible with customer service. I called DJ which was a Sedalia number and this guy was even more rude. He told me he wouldn't swap out a vehicle without having my deductible because he has to have money before I take another car to get vandalized. I again asked to know where in the contract did I sign saying I would pay this magic number of $500 that he reminded me he was being generous for not charging me a $1000 if damages occurred. He told me he doesn't have the contract memorized and it is not my fault for not knowing what I signed. I told him I'm not arguing about the contract im just trying to fine on paper where we agreed to it because I can't just make up numbers and neither can he, but he assured me that what he says goes. Then I asked for a corporate number which he gave me one in Kansas city that nobody ever answered. I am trying to work with my insurance now to have this resolved without further conflict but only time will tell.

I drove to Clinton to Enterprise because the person working in the Warrensburg office was not very helpful and just didn't want to help us on any questions about renting a car. I called the Clinton store, spoke with Richard. Richard went out of his way to help me. He came out of the building (warrensburg person did not) and actually had a conversation with me. He bent over backwards to help me rent a car. Unfortunately, there were no available car types I was requesting, but he did help me transfer my reservation and call the folks at the Blue Springs Enterprise to help me. Richard is very nice, kind, soft spoken and patient. Would HIGHLY recommend driving the distance to work with Richard again!

Car was good, it would have been nice to have a bit of introduction to the vehicle (key fob, gear shift knob) and a current license plate (Exp Jan 2020). Woman working at drop-off was super friendly and helpful.
Would probably look around a bit before I rent from them again.

Tried calling the local Enterprise office the day of our rental to confirm everything, but received a voicemail box is full message. When we arrived to pick the car up, we could not go into the office, and had to wear masks (not opposed to) but our car was so dirty. We were taking the standard safety precautions, and despite their website’s claims, it was clear they were not taking extra measures to clean the vehicles.

Fair prices, good selection of vehicles, they didn't have the truck we requested, but gave us a deal on a smaller truck, so we actually ended up with a DEAL! THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, AND AIM TO PLEASE!
