I would have given them 0 if i could. Made an appointment between 9am and noon. Insurance for the guy that hit me is paying for it. I get here promptly at 9am after paying for a ride 30 miles to get here and they dont have a car until noon. Worst customer service ever! Do not use enterprise! Update the Area Manager, Shelly Jones, called me to tell me that she was going to try to help me. Then said nothing she could do and they may or may not have a car for me at noon and if i continue to express my frustration in front of their other customers, they will refuse to rent to me. I told her i would like the number to the corporate office and she said go ahead and call it will just come back to me. Pretty vindictive veiled threat there. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

State farm set up this rental car after my car was hit and I wasn't even in it. Dealing with all of this and then the rental car place said I couldn't use but one credit card to pay for the deposit and extra insurance then they didn't take cash real Hassel. The highlander they set me up with didn't have remote start and the dash has take to dealer in need of maintenance. I hope I don't break down.

Excellent customer service! It was very easy to book a rental online. When I needed to extend the length of my rental, the staff were very easy to work with to make that happen. I was very pleased with the vehicle I rented, too - clean, comfortable, and reliable. Highly recommend!

They seemed quite busy but still in a small amount of time had us in a vehicle, I can't think of an actual complaint, truth is for the lack of workers, they probably should be paid more. Just sayin

Great service. Very professional and personable. Great selection of cars and they picked us up and dropped off. *Spouses are included with the driver at no charge. Lindsey and Elijah are always spot on.

Complete waste of time I have rented 3 vehicles from this place the 1st time was in 2013 and there was fleas infested in the vehicles. The 2nd time was in 2018 and the vehicle smelt like cigarettes.
I attempted recently to rent a vehicle and planned my entire weekend out arrived and they refused to take my payment because my address did not match on my debit card And nobody had notified me this prior so I wasted my entire day and screwed my entire weekend.
I will never rent from enterprise again or even attempt to.

Car rental sucked why be there if you can not offer a passenger van (LA k of of training or opportunity I'm not sure), truck rental was great, find away make a way customer service.

Every time I have dealt with the Farmington location, they are rude and not helpful. I generally go to the Festus location and they are very good to deal with. I will only drop off my vehicle to Farmington because of convenience not because of their staff!

Katie is my hero! She found me just the vehicle that I needed and was able to help me out it was a low stress experience which says a lot. I'm disabled and some things are hard for me but Enterprise made it easy! Farmington is my favorite Enterprise location!

Terrible customer service. They rented a car out to a guy less than 2hours after someone had thrown up in it, possibly COVID? I’d check Hertz.

We rented a car for a week in Branson in early July, everything checked out perfectly and it DID NOT RAIN THE WHOLE TIME we were there and when we came back to Farmington to return the car, a young girl claims there was hail damage and that it rained in Branson when in fact it did NOT. Fought for a few months to dispute it and everything was taken out and not even a deposit was returned to us. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL WILL NEVER RENT AGAIN, would never wish this company to rent from on my worst enemy. TERRIBLE PLACE. This is how bad our experience was, I would rather walk with all my luggage wherever I had to go. It should be the same people checking you in as they check you out to return the car. DID NOT RAIN AT ALL HAIL DAMAGE WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO HAPPEN IF IT DIDN'T RAIN? Should’ve been a first red flag when this car already had scratches and dents all over it anyways. Tried to tell the lady checking us out and she said it was fine as long as it wasn’t longer than a dollar bill. This is a before picture of the car and you can already see it had scratches/dents by the wheel and other visible places ALL over the car.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star. We were told they had a certain vehicle in the inventory, we made a reservation a week ahead of time to use and pick it up. We get there and they tell us they don’t have our car and there’s nothing they can do. The young lady at the desk didn’t even bother to help us look for a similar vehicle in a different location. She just kept saying “I can’t” absolutely rude and terrible customer service.

This place is a joke. This is the second time we’ve come here and they’ve screwed us over or said they have the vehicle and didn’t then made us pay 20x more than what they said this place needs to be shut down already or we need a new rental car service in the area.

In the past I’ve been really happy with this place. About two weeks ago made a reservation for a vehicle. I got my confirmation email. About a week ago I also got a phone call confirming my reservation and pick up time. The day I was suppose to pick up, I got a phone call telling me they don’t have any cars. So much for making reservations ahead of time. They were suppose to call me back and never got a call back. I tried to call them around noon time.no answer and no voice mail. I have about 4 more trips in the next three months coming up and I will now drive to St Louis for a car. Not happy

My father tried to reserve a car. He got a "confirmation" email and a manager told him over the phone that he would have a car for him. We left without a car. How do you make for more reservations than you have cars. UNACCEPTABLE.
