Tried renting a car in Springfield at our regular Enterprise location on S Campbell.but there were none to be had there or any other Car Rentals in Springfield period.so we decided to check out the Ozark Enterprise location.and they had quite a few cars to choose from.guess the Ozark Enterprise is going to be our new Rent-A-Car location.
Rented a car for 3 days and unfortunately lost the key a day later.called roadside assistance they called Uber for us they came got us took us to Enterprise office and they wouldn't help us nor give us another rental so we were eft stuck out 53 miles out of town. Had to find our own way home, which means more money! So we won't rent from Enterprise again being treated like that.
Car was not cleaned.not sanitized.when my 75 year old mom picked up the car the attendant didn't even inspect the car before she left in it.she drives it home 45 miles thinking wow something really stinks in this car.she wasn't sure what it was. I go out there and the car reeked of marijuana! Not only did it reek left over product was left in a little storage compartment.
My kids were to be transported in this car.
We're do I start.we booked the rental weeks in advance and then when I got there there wasn't even a vehicle and we was supposed to go away on vacation.then the person tried to give us a smaller car than we booked.then we had to wait for a SUV that was to be cleaned which cost us more gas money too fill up.then it smelled of cigarette smoke.then to top it all we found out the tags had expired in Feb 2021 and then customer service was giving us the run around
Mark was amazing thru the entire process. When I came and returned the car, I had an issue and he took care of it. Will continue to use Enterprise
Had to make an appointment to pick up my rental, won’t even let me pick the rental it’s just whatever they have. Appointment at 2: 30, and have been without a car for 2 days now while mines in the shop. Call to confirm location and now they tell me even though I have a 2: 30 appointment I can’t pick up my car until 3. No one bothered to call me to let me know, or I probably wouldn’t be so upset. I only know because of the call I made, to me that is beyond unprofessional and not the right way to run a business.
A Ok. We had a fair amount of difficulty booking a rental care during our several day stay. We had to book out two days after we arrived before they were finally able to get us a car. Our appt time was early and we overslept a bit. They called and said they were going to give our car away, so we sped dressed and got there as quickly as we could.
After the two day wait and booking an economy car they gave us a.mini van? It was fine cause it gets us from A to B, but definitely more car than we needed and not what we booked.
They also required a $400+ hold on my husbands credit card for us to take the car for two days.
Overall: B-
You may have trouble booking a car and if you do, you may not get what you booked. Not the best experience ever.
Thay only tell you a little bit of what you need to do to get a Rental car. I filled out ap. On line, said I was approved.then go to pick up the rental, Holly Hell only thing not asked for was Blood. And I still Did not get a Rental!
The detailed information given by the employee was great. His friendliness and ease of getting a car was great. Have rented there before and will rent form them again in the future.
They're always there when I need them. Literally was last minute needed a rental for work as I travel for it called and they got me a rental got there in and out on the road in no time! Springfield, MO Sunshine location is amazing
Really nice guys.just sweeties.:) and they make it super simple, quick, and easy. West Sunshine is my favorite, I must admit.and its bc the guys there, seem to be just a title mote friendly and a tad sweeter/kinder.for sure!
I really appreciate Enterprise, very nice employee. He helped me out in a bind and called to check on me. My trip home was a success and I will always use Enterprise before any other company!
Even during these crazy times they provide superior service since the lobby is closed they meet you on the lot with everything needed to secure your rental. It take maybe 10 minutes to complete the process. Overall I was happy with both rentals I had.
Went there this morning, the guy was semi rude. They didn’t have a car to rent until 3pm. Took our name and number to reserve a car. Got there at 3 They didn’t have our name anywhere and no car.
Went to the one in Campbell. Great service and other customers there said they only go to this one on Campbell. I guess the Sunshine one make great business for the Campbell one.
If I could give zero stars, I would hands down. I reserved a vehicle weeks ago for a annual trip to the children’s hospital in stl, they gave me the price and I asked them is there anything else I needed to know or any additional fees the assured me there was not. They call me ON THE DAY FOR PICK UP to tell
Me there is a $200.00 deposit down for a 99.00 vehicle! Always run into a problem with them.should have listened to my Grandfather when he thought he had a issues with them in the past.

has exceptional employees. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. They managed to get me the car I wanted with only a day notice. I will definitely use them again.
I went to pick up my rental today and not only do they fail to tell you if you're a out of state driver you have to have a major credit card so now my family's vacation has been ruined. They should probably put such information online for out-of-state visitors who need a vehicle to get around when they go on vacation! So that being said I am not a happy customer especially with the service I got today at this particular location! After calling around to make it possible to rent a car I called them to see if a family member could use their major credit card they said sorry we just aren't going to be able to release you a vehicle. Then they tell me that there is another rental place that would take out of state drivers down the street from them, so I went there and that place costs 10 times more than what it would have cost me through Enterprise.lol I'm talking $700 for 3 days! SMH what a waste of time and travel!
I got a flat tire on Saturday. I called Enterprise roadside and the only solution they offered was to send someone to put a donut on the vehicle and for me to take their car to Firestone and pay out of my pocket to repair or replace the tire and I would be reimbursed. It is NOT my responsibility to take their vehicle for service. I called and asked them to bring me a different vehicle or at least set it up for me to get one at the airport. Ater being disconnected several times, being sent to the St. Louis call center once, and being told many variations of how they were going to solve this problem I finally got someone who solved the problem and had the vehicle towed and one brought from the airport. It was nearly 8 pm at that time. My entire day was ruined. I missed work. I was emotionally exhausted. I would never treat a customer this way. I called my insurance company and they do also work with Hertz. I’ll go there next time. I will never ever use Enterprise again. It would be easier to walk, ride a bicycle or take the bus.
