16 Had a really negative experience that was all down to poor customer service.
Had a pickup scheduled after arriving via Amtrak. Was on hold for over 20 minutes trying to discuss a confirmed reservation and see if they could accommodate me arriving a few minutes late as the Amtrak was delayed. They never answered the phone.
I arrived not 2 mins after close at the same time as someone dropping a car off. The employee taking in the care lied to my face saying they had a lot of people 'earlier' and that's why they hadn't answered the phone when I explained that I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to reach them and can they please help at all. Unbeknownst to them, I was on the phone, STILL on hold, and had been since just before 12: 40 pm.
If that customer was just pulling up (and there were no customers inside) there's no reason that my call could not have been taken in any of the time prior to his arrival. At minimum, they could have answered to tell me they were unwilling to wait a few extra minutes for my arrival and saved me the cab fare to their location. (Which is a not completely unreasonable request, as I was watching the customer in front of me get the same accomodation I was seeking.)
So, rent from them at your own risk I guess.
The car wasn't quite clean, the interior wasn't vacuumed, checked behind the seats wasn't vacuumed, it will look better when I return it
The Washington location was absolutely amazing. It was such a pleasant experience with the help of Darnell. He is most definitely an asset to the company. Would definitely refer friends and family.
The process was quick and easy. I had a minor hiccup at the end (Airport location) but Tristan took great care of me at the Washington location. Thanks Tristan!
Darrell and Tristan were amazing this morning. I have billing issue from a different office they were patients and make sure to fix the issue before I got on my flight back home. Honestly this guy need teach the proper way treat costumer to the rest of the company I will be booking with enterprise forever thank to them.
Staff is always extremely approachable, friendly and professional. I didn’t like the fact of receiving a rental in which the gas tank was on empty.
I always make reservations with Enterprise Car Rental at 2233 Washington Ave. The service is always pleasant. I always receive a phone call prior to arrival, reminding me of the things I need to make a successful rental experience. Darnell was very professional upon pick-up and drop-off. Eddie called me to confirm the rental reservation and was very knowledgeable about every question I asked. I really appreciate this establishment.
Marvin and Vontrail (sp) are the BEST people to deal with. They have went above and beyond to have vehicles at their site. If you do business there you won't be disappointed if you deal with Marvin or Vontrail (sp).

Very unorganized the workers are rude and they never have cars walk in or reservations this enterprise needs new workers and that wanna work and take pride and what they do to make customers happy we spend to much with enterprise rent a car to be treated like this flood or not its always like this no cars
I am so sick of corporations using and abusing those who work hard for their money. Their treatment of me made an already tough situation worse. My vehicle was damaged from a hit & run and Geico rep was been unresponsive. Enterprise was charging my credit card in between the approvals from Geico. When I turned in the car I was told that they would not return funds and that I need to address issue with Geico. Geico stated to dispute charges because they paid out the $1500 my policy provided. I plan on reaching out to corporate offices for both entities
Not so good. Idk if they are able to see the original vehicle that we want but if so they should have called to let us know if they aren't able to provide it and ask if we have a secondary vehicle in mind before we arrive so there won't be a long wait. Customer service I give a 7- 7½ only for not following up.
The worst possible car rental experience one could imagine.we were about 20 minutes away from the lot and started hearing a squeal from the rear brakes. We decided to continue into St Louis because it was closer than going back. Upon exiting the freeway the brakes were grinding metal to metal. We made it to the hotel and called for services to swap out the car. They said no problem, just bring it to the local agency in the morning to exchange the vehicle. The next morning we went to the address given to us and low and behold, no cars. It was just a satellite office. We had to drive 30 minutes across town with grinding brakes to find out this Enterprise location was completely out of cars. They offered a 12 person van, which we declined because it would not fit in the hotel garage. We were on a limited time frame, going across Missouri to a wedding the next day. It was just a stroke of luck when a person returned a Dodge Charger to the lot and we took it to the voictrous complaints of other renters. I will never rent from Enterprise in the future and you should think twice about it. They have no concern for safety.
The gentleman named Kenya was so helpful and kind to help me find a vehicle for my mom, who had her car stolen. He spoke to his colleagues so professionally, too. Just a class act. If this guy isn't a manager he should be.
Love the atmosphere.the customer service. I felt I was getting personalized service just for me although the lobby was filled with customers. The manager Donnell gave me updates throughout my wait time.the staff was smiling happy and professional exceptional service
Employees were courteous and efficient. Answered any questions I had and explained everything clearly. Car was clean and ran well. When I brought the car back they took care of me and checked me out quickly.
