17I've had rental cars here while my vehicle was getting warranty work. The staff has always worked within my needs. Cullen always provides top notch customer service. 10/10 I will rent here for personal use.
Had the rental longer than expected due to car being at a body shop. But the rental employees did a great job.
I had a very positive experience here, particularly with Jack, who assisted me with my rental. My personal car was getting repair work at the dealership and Jack went above and beyond trying to communicate with the dealership who was stonewalling us regarding payment. I also noticed his easy and friendly manner with every customer who walked in the door.
The driver, Nicole, that picked me up at the auto body shop was amazing. She was so kind and compassionate. I cut my arm outside the auto body shop and didn’t notice. She did! She gave me some tissues to stop the bleeding, and when we got to the Enterprise shop she got out the First Aid kit and made sure I had what I needed to get it fixed up. A week later when I returned the car, Nicole remembered me, and asked about my arm. She is a wonderful person and a credit to your company! She definitely puts your customers first!
They would rather rent to full pay customers. They don't honor warranty cars like they should!
Car smelled strongly of smoke and had cigarette burnt marks on the seat and back hood not closing completely.
Great experience! I’m a repeat customer, and I really like this location. It is easy and fast, with everyone trying to help the customers. Kate had me in a car in just a few minutes!

First off I don't even know where to start me and my husband was tryin to rent a car and the women who was at the front desk was very rude and was just trto brush us off. No customer service at all she was getting off at 530 and it showed it was 5pm when we walked in and she acted like she didn't want to help with to begin with. And the gentleman who was there with her was willing to help but she kept making like my bill was past due and it wasn't I even called customer service and they were wilimg to talk to her but she was just rude. Y'all need to do better horrible customer service
Jack went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of. I had trouble with my debit card and he was so patient and waited until I got things clear and able to finish the rental process. The entire staff was welcoming and polite even offered to take me home after I returned the car. I know enterprise offers pick up and drop off but I didn’t make arrangements and they were still willing to take me home. Thank you Jack see you guys soon. Highly recommend the Page staff for all your rental needs.

Car had expired tags over a year. I got pulled over two times. I called the enterprise after the first time and was told they will see its current when they run ur plates. Well I got my license ran and everything. Guy was not concerned w getting the proper sticker on the car. Got pulled over a second time it didn’t take as long. Back left tire was low entire time had to air up daily or every other day. Took pics. Car was filthy on the outside I had to wash it to see out windows. I complained to office upon return and got a 20 percent discount and “free upgrade” which idk what I. We’d that for off next rental. I said that’s cool but honestly I feel like I should get more it was more stress than it was worth. U don’t expect that from enterprise and I never had problems before.
Service was very respectful and I was in and out to my destination. Nick and Abbey were professional and kind.
Employees were very nice.
First car I got had a tire that would not keep pressure. I had to drive back the next day and exchange it out for another.
This was an insurance rental. They knew what the insurance company would pay but only had a different category that cost more, I had to pay the difference. Not real happy about that.
I believe their cars could be cleaner.
I had a great experience with this location. I had to pick up a car before going to work, the staff was very friendly, had me checked in, in a car and out the door all in time for me to get to work on time.
Abby was extremely friendly and made the car rental process so easy. Vehicle was very clean and had no stench. Only thing I had to deal with was using a car that accelerated quicker than my own.
Would absolutely recommend this place to people looking to rent a vehicle.
