Always taken care of when I get a rental from this location. Hadn’t been there in a while and the associate still remembered me. They didn’t have what I reserved this last time so they upgraded me for free to an SUV and made sure I was happy.

Typical Rent-A-Car place employee shifting people's rental cars around so somebody's going to get screwed out of whatever vehicle that we're trying to rent

This Enterprise Car Rental is in Missouri near Fort Leonard Wood Army Base. I'm from Philadelphia PA. They really treated us right with getting us a good car and price. The insurance rates are good and the personnel is caring of their customer needs and professional. Hassel free service and didn't spend all day with agents. Wish Philly's Enterprises were this accommodating.

Absolutely the best place to rent from I usually deal with Rico and he is the best.thank you for everything you all do there in st Robert.

Website SAID they offer free shuttle to/from the Ft Leonard Wood airport. They DO NOT! Cost me $30 each way so $60 more than I counted on. Local office has been aware of the issue for 3 years and keep asking corporate to change it but they won't.

Nothing was offered, no discount or upgrade to make it right. I may contact the BBB.

Oroville from Enterprise St Robert is amazing. After I grabbed my kids from daycare, my tire PSI alert went off as soon as I got on I-44. I was panicking trying to get off at an exit and find somewhere to park. Luckily I made it to Master Collision right at 2 PSI. Apparently I hit a tiny chunk of metal just right (from the construction zone). I called Enterprise and just as I got connected to an employee, an Enterprise worker knocked on my window! God was looking out for us and provided us with the perfect people for this situation. Oroville grabbed some employees from Master Collision and they patched a hole in my tire and filled it up enough to get me to Big Ol Tires. Oroville followed my vehicle to make sure we made it, and helped us get checked in at the counter. I am so incredibly thankful.

Employees are very polite, I have pront service, they work fast, I'm very satisfied with the service, but the car was in need of a wash.

Never enough rentals. You can reserve all you want and half the time they never have anything when you get there.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Due to car shortages, the St Robert Mo office doesn't seem to be able to get the car that was reserved. Since my last rental, the office has stopped allowing after hours returns - this can be a major inconvenience for customers and is how the rental car industry generally operates.

I appreciate your services, the car I rented was the best and you are awesome people.
I will visit again soon God willing and you are my best choice
