Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Poplar Bluff MO

Drove 45 to pick up rental car that was reserved weeks before. When arrived there was no car available and no guarantee of any car for any time or day. Representative was horrible and rude. Literally locked the front door and drove away leaving us in the parking lot. Had to in Nashville for a family function so was left scrambling to find another rental car in a very limited area. Would recommend NEVER USE THIS ENTERPISE LOCATION wish I could post ZERO STARS

My husband's company sets up a reservation monthly and it's rarely available or they claim to not have a reservation. Truly a joke of a company. Please no reps reply to this asking for more info on the problems, been through that with you already.

The lady that helped me was very friendly! She explained everything excellently! Service was quick and easy! There was one person in front of me with hardly no wait time!

They accommodated me in each and every way. They picked me up and dropped me off, where needed. Very polite and professional.

Made a reservation 3 days in advance went to pickup the car & got the run around on why they don't have a car available yet. Called Rent2Go in poplar bluff & got a car rental everything good to go in less than 20 minutes!

I called to make reservations like 5 days before my trip just to have them call me on the morning of my trip to tell me they didn't have me a car. I didn't know untill I got there to pick up my car. The horrible part is there is no where else to rent a car except 1 place and they didn't have any thing available. So there went my plans and plus I lost out on my hotel money

This is the second time I've had a reservation with this location, and have been called within 2 hours of the reservation time to be informed that they did not have a vehicle for me. When asked what the reservation process was for, I was told that they weren't to reserve a vehicle, but to let them know I was looking for one. Very poor service.would not recommend this location to anyone. Very frustrating.

2 reservations at this location failed and 1 reservation at another enterprise location was a waste of time as well. One of the employees did inform me that “our system will let you just book anything”. So when looking at the availability dates it does not reflect units that they have on the ground. I made plans around taking a rental out of town for work. After poplar bluff failed me I was told that Jonesboro did have cars available. Called and made a reservation for later that afternoon and was assured there was a Toyota Corolla there for me. After driving 45 minutes out of my way and waiting in line for 20 minutes I was informed that they did not have any vehicles available. So thank you enterprise. For wasting my entire morning, and putting me hours behind schedule. Absolutely under no circumstance rely on them to have something available for you. Your reservation is useless. Chances are better than not that they will not have anything there.

I had a reservation for months ahead of time then this location wanted to change my vehicle type at the last minute. I will never deal with them again. I had to call them to find out.

Booked a rental in advance and was told they're out of cars. They offered minimal assistance to get me into anything else. Ruined my Thanksgiving plans.

Trabius and his Staff are courteous and communicate very well. They took a stressful situation for me and made it as smooth as they were able.

Had a reservation booked a month in advance called a week ahead and verified. Well we get there the morning to leave for a wedding traveling they said they were out of vehicles and tried to call and contact me. Never received a email or call after the week before when I verified it was okay also they was very rude trying to act is it was my fault. Rent 2 go is the better place in poplar bluff

Never has available vehicles when needed. Had car troubles twice in the last few years and could not get a vehicle the same day. They did have over 5 sitting in the back unavailable.
Tried once to give me a small car instead of the large SUV that my insurance contracted for.
