DVD Store EntertainMART reviews
14Called, guy at the phone answers, asked to look up some games and didn't want to bother to do his job, negative person. You need to hire people that treat customers better.
It's the same inventory from when it was Hastings. Over priced, stale inventory, and a depressing atmosphere. Ehh, youre better off hitting up Ebay for better deals.
Great place to shop but I wouldn't recommend selling games or movies as they tend to rip u off especially on selling movies to them
Lots of good stuff! Husband got several Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo and 8bit games. If I had more time I'da been there for hours.
This place was great when they opened up. Few years later. The CD's are in horrible disarray. The atmosphere is more of a comic shop now. I didn't get over to the DVD side so there is still hope.
Was just looking for packs of baseball cards, disappointed. It did look like they had a good assortment of other things though.
They say they buy this and that. I brought 100 brand new books in they only bought 5. Cause they didn't need the rest. Well heck just give me a list in what you do buy. It's much shorter.
FINALLY! They finally got in the 6th and 7th seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation! And I had the money to buy them!
Great place to feed my reading addiction too!
There really is a small piece of heaven in st.joe wouldn't know it was there if you didn't believe
Nostalgia all around. One of the few places
You can fine old comics old video games and vinyl records. Its like walking through my childhood
This place has quite the selection of books movie and memorabilia. However, not near as much as hastings (which used to be in the same building) they are quite highly priced on many things, and the staff is not usually that great. They're very slow, not usually very considerate of the customer or their wait time (I understand that they have stuff to do too, as I used to work in customer service, some things can't be helped, but this is rediculous) my husband and I went in to sell some games to them one day and while one girl was running around trying to run the register and help people the best she could, the manager was to handle inventory or something of the sort (both of these are understandable) my husband and I stood there for 20 minutes while a third employee was sitting on a container literally almost right beside us just looking at posters, off in his own little world, telling us that the register chic is busy but will be with us shortly. The manager came out and talked to us (dealt with him more than once, he's always very nice and reasonable) had to jump that employee and make him stand up to help us instead of piddling and leaving his co-worker drowning with a long line in front of her, people asking her questions, and us sitting at the counter opposite side of the store from her.
As far as there buying prices they are terrible if you want great prices to sell your games consoles and trading cards check out exp gaming lounge
Great people to work with, super helpful and knowledgeable about games and products, a fun store to shop and browse they stand behind there sales as well, had an item not work they were great about helping to get it returned. Will definitely be shopping there again, thanks to both managers that were super helpful, have a great 2021 guys!
Went into the store with my dad at opening time on 2/6/21 to sell some video games he’d been collecting, and the two guys helping us at the counter were unbelievably rude. When my dad briefly went outside the guys were whispering, pointing to the stuff my dad brought in and shaking their head as if I weren’t even standing right there, clearly annoyed. They worked on the items for about 10 minutes then just stopped, therefore my dad went up to the front to ask if his items were done and he stood up there for a long time before they even approached him. When my dad confronted them about how they had been treating us they said, “I don’t know what to say.sorry? ”. The customer service here is retched, disappointing, and off putting. If you want people to enjoy shopping at your store do not treat them bad for no reason. I used to buy books from here all the time, but I will not be returning.
