They did an amazing job cleaning our HVAC duct system! The job entails a large amount of prep work and they didn'tcut any corners. They took before and after pictures and show you all the dust you were breathing in and cleaning off your surfaces daily. Highly recommend!

Update - Even after the company’s response to my review stating they would “reach out to me” they have still yet to do so, nor did I ever receive any follow up call after my service.

The company came out and measured the areas where I wanted my carpet cleaned. The two guys that came out were very nice. I let them know I had a coupon for $99 to clean three rooms. They said that they would let Mary know about the coupon and she would call me back to give me a quote. She called and quoted me $220 which included $120 for spot removal. I agreed to the price and scheduled the appointment for the next week. A couple of hours before they were they were expected to arrive, Mary called and said they had quoted me wrong, and that it would be an additional $80. I felt like I had been bait and switched. When I complained she said “ok we will only charge $40 more for the misquoted price. ” I agreed because I just wanted it done. My mistake, because my carpet still still has spots and they only cleaned the entry way of one of the rooms. After paying the $100, and the additional $120 for spot removal, plus the $40 for the bait and switch, my carpet still needs to be cleaned,
Poor customer service, bait and switch and what I paid for wasn’t even done.

After booking an appointment for a carpet clean two months out, they called one hour before arrival to say they do not have enough cleaners to come out the day of. Very inconvenient after taking the day off of work and moving all of the furniture. Most of the phone calls I've made goes straight to voicemail which end up in a full voicemail box where you cannot leave a message. Ended up booking with Todd's Carpet & Upholstery Care, who came out the next day and did a great job! Book at your own risk with Enviro-Dry.

They showed up right on time. Texts saying they were on the way and reminding us of appointment. We had to reschedule the first appointment and they were amazing with that. Guys were so polite and letting us know what they were doing. Zero issues. Highly recommend and will use again when the time comes.

Update: Although it took over one week to be contacted and given information about the inspection, the owner personally called me and apologized for the delay and explained the circumstances and reasoning behind it. I accepted his explanation and told him I would be happy to change my 2-star rating. We had a thorough discussion about the mold that was found in the inspection. Because the extent of the mold conditions, I was told remediation would cost several thousand dollars. Rather than asking the owner to put together any kind of estimate, I felt like I was saving him time and trouble in preparing a report by saying the owner did not have resources to justify that kind of expense. Therefore we have chosen to go no further. I would be happy to do business with this company again in the future.

They are very knowledgeable about the cleaning and have the equipment and years of experience to get things clean. Thank you Enviro-Dry for your help in many ways.

Kyler and Tim texted and got here early which worked for us. Introduced themselves. Came in listened to my concerns about carpet needing restretching or replacing. Told me options, we tried a small area and all worked out well! They took the time and we ended up restretching and went with the dry cleaning method! I feel it gets carpet cleaner and makes it look alive again! I will use this company for all my carpet needs and pass their name on to neighbors and good friends!

My living room carpet was cleaned after a bad pet accident. After the cleaning the carpet was essentially like new! Enviro-Dry does a wonderful job and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

Two young men showed up on time and stayed busy the entire time. Did a great job working around all my clutter never complaining about me not being quite ready when they showed up. Enviro-dry exceeded my expectations. I had called them on a Thursday morning and they were out to clean my carpets the next day. They went over in detail about the prices and processes over the phone and then again in person. The two men that came out were attentive to detail and great representation of the company. Now my carpets look brand new. I plan on using them once a year to keep them looking good with 6 dogs and 3 kids
