Envy Nails and Spa, Cameron MO

Went there at 5: 30pm and as I was pulling up they were leaving even though they are suppose to close at 7pm! So I went to Kim’s down the road…

According to their website and their window, they close at seven I came by at 4: 30 only to be informed they were closed for the day. Very poor customer service.

Very rushed, thick clunky nails and uneven. Disappointed. Also got a pedicure that was disappointing, the ‘massage’ was non existent, basically just rubbed lotion on my legs. Won’t be coming back, felt like they only did the bare minimum and it shows.

Worst pedicure I ever received in my life! They look like they'd been done by a kindergartner who was doing nails For the First Time and the technician spoke no English. I wouldn't go back if they paid me To Do my nails.

So … I’m not one to usually complain however when I pay $160 for 2 pedicures $50 a piece plus tip.and they last 10-15 min tops each and your excuse is your “car got stolen” that’s not my issue I’m sorry but I come for a service and this isn’t acceptable and I was refused a refund. No I don’t want to come back in and fix it I want to go somewhere else. You shouldn’t be working alone in a busy salon if you can’t offer the services advertised smh …

Got my nails done 2 days ago and they’re already starting to fall off, prices are terrible, told me I had to do dip, and didn’t ask what length I wanted. Don’t go here!

Absolutely the best place in town to get all your pampering done. The family own business is so friendly.

If I could give less than one I would. I specifically asked for gel and it’s an argument that it needs to be dip, take the dip as I can’t go anywhere else and the dip job is terrible.

Brought my mother in law here for dipped mani and gel pedi. People were more than friendly and for the first time, (I've been taking her to another place regularly) she said they didn't hurt her and she really liked this place, so will definitely be back!
