I have been very pleased with the services at Sunflower / now Epiphany. I usually have major issues with the bedside care and business side of the entire industry but I have always left this office after procedure feeling good about the relationship. I am very happy with the level of service performed and follow up customer service. Thank you.

I arrived early for my first appointment (having moved to the area from out-of-state) and was cheerfully greeted and taken into an exam room right away. Both the Nurse Practitioner and the Physician listened to my answers to their medical questions and seemed to genuinely care about my health issues. Clean and well organized offices; courteous in-take staff. Except for having to wait for an opening for this initial appointment, my rating would have been "five stars". Certainly, the delay in getting medical appointments due to staffing issues is now being experienced in many other areas across the country - but it is still of concern to patients like me.

Dr. Rudloff has the kindest manner of explaining things and dealing with your concerns and the reason you are there. All of the girls I've had are very kind and upbeat. You really feel very comfortable with the care you receive. You are never rushed through an appointment.

I'm pleased w/Dr. Matthys and Dr. Menser, have had excellent care. I was given information on my 3rd call Monday September 11,2023 when requesting help for my severe Oak Mite bites by Kayla, who set up the appointment w/Carolyn Tues Sept 12th to get another cortisone inj. I explained how I could not afford the ER, my entire upper back and other areas were severely inflamed, not able to sleep, taking ice cold showers at 4 a.m. Saw Dr. Matthys 1st week of September, rec'd inj. & large tub of Triamcinoline cream & have been doing all I can, I've been severely affected since first of August and I really needed another cortisone injection & was assured I could see Carolyn & get another injection. Not true! Carolyn said she couldn't give the inj.offered some stronger dosage cream but no inj. The only reason I came in was for the inj which I desperately needed, told her how disappointed I was, that all staff should be retrained properly as this was a wasted trip which upset me even more as I have to arrange for rides! I needed help and was shrugged off by Carolyn, and treated as if I knew nothing about what was going on with my body or available treatments. I've seen Dr. Matthys since 2017 & he is very efficient, knowledgeable & shares info regarding your treatment. Put yourself in my shoes Carolyn, you might have a bit more compassion & respect for others situations and severity of their pain! Not everything is visible to the human eye, and not all patients are looking for drugs to get high on. I thank God for doctors like Dr. Matthys & Menser! Great bedside manner and appreciation of their patients!

This is the best dermatology place I have been too. P. A. Lynn Swafford is always incredibly informative and very kind. I feel as though my skin concerns have been listened to and tended to appropriately. I highly recommend this business for your dermatology needs.

Results from biopsy was explained well. Instructions on home care. Also, if the treatment wasn't working, offered to refer me to a Specialist who deals more with these issues. Thanks for taking my concerns into consideration and making me feel I was listen to.
