Everyone makes you feel welcomed. They speak, they smile, they joke and laugh.

Steven is hands down perfect! He kept me in the loop about what was going on with my vehicle the entire time. He took his time and explained things that I didn’t understand. And he was very detailed about what was done when I picked my vehicle up.

I took my car to Ernie Patti to have the front end repaired after someone hit me in a wreck. They are outstanding in every way. They communicated throughout the entire process, including when there were delays. They examined the process and worked to make it smooth and easy. The work was excellent. And they did a full detailed cleaning of the inside and outside of the car as a courtesy! I highly recommend them for any body work you need done.

Someone crashed into the back of my car while it was parked on our street. I was not happy, since I've managed to keep my vehicle in like new condition. Ernie Patti made the car look new again, and I feel safe that they did all the repairs necessary. Also, they update you almost daily by text if you want to get updates on your car. They did a great job and my car was ready earlier than they initially quoted me. Bonus!

I have used them for four different vehicles involved in accidents the workmanship is impeccable you literally cannot tell you had any damage to your vehicle. The Staff is professional and capable of dealing with your insurance company and they have knowledge of all makes and models (excluding Tesla at the moment sure it will come). You always are aware at what point in the repair process car is in via text messages sent to you daily. Work on my vehicles has always been completed ahead of schedule and I overheard another person saying they were surprised to get their vehicle back so soon. I highly recommend them. I know we have lots of choices on collision repair services and I made some of those choices in the area until someone told me about them. I won’t take my car anyplace else.
