3The Tuesday Flow class with Jen is Fantastic! It is a great class for all levels. Her instructions are very helpful so you can practice yoga your way to your ability. Plus she is fun, genuinely cares, and the music is great too. Highly recommend!
I attended the restorative and massage event they have quarterly. I really enjoyed it, everything was provided.
This is my favorite Yoga Studio in Springfield and has been for 6 years! There's just something magical about the place. There's no mirrors, so there's an emphasis on really feeling how the alignment and poses feel good for you. The teachers are all incredible and the classes are full of a variety of all kinds of people, across all kinds of ages and all different levels of fitness. I've been to many studios but I'll always end up coming back to this one!
