Estes Express Lines, Fenton MO

My package has been sitting there for DAYS and my delivery date keeps getting pushed back. My guess is because the package is 150 lb and they dont want to deal with it

Was supposed to have something delivered and supposedly it’s been sitting there for two weeks. I haven’t been called for delivery. It was supposed to be for my son's birthday. Thanks guys.

The driver watched me pull out of my garage and drive down the road. No call, no text heck he didn't even knock on the front door. Dropped a 400lb grill off right in front of my garage door and left. I have 2 hernias and can't lift hardly anything. Thanks Jerk. Oh yea and it was 7pm with a 2 week show window. A dam call would of been nice. Thanks to the construction guy that helped me move it 15 feet in my garage right before the storm. This company is trash

Melissa exceeded my expectations. I was concerned about time of delivery and called the office. Melissa was very understanding and professional. She was able to move the shipment earlier in the day so we would have time to install the part and get the machine back on the road. Special thanks, and keep up the great work.

I only install their ELD and camera systems but this site has been friendly, helpful with cooperation in this little town that I love! I can only hope you give your customers the same treatment!

Estes Express Lines makes the extra effort in every shipping experience we have. Barbi Dotson in the Estes-Express St Louis facility & Heidi in the Estes-Express West Middlesex facility were instrumental in getting an airplane part to the airplane repair center in record time! Their communication & coordination was superb! I will definitely be using Estes-Express for again because of their professionalism!

Estes Express is the third party freight company for a business I ordered a pool table from. They damaged it delivering it to my home, and it was covered up by the driver with the lift used to transport it, when asked to inspect it. They made me sign for it inside the truck before unloading it, and the damage was not noticed until the lift was removed, but it was too late because I signed and the driver would not load it back on the truck. The lift went through the wood of the table. They denied my claim and aren't returning any of my calls or emails. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Going forward, I will always ask the company I am purchasing from who their freight company is BEFORE I make the purchase of something 500+ lbs. If it's Estes Express, I will take my business elsewhere. They have costed me thousands.

I literally just witnessed one of these trucks stop all traffic in one direction on a busy road to stop and unload. It was on the incline of a hill and not in a passing zone, so they just stopped traffic and created a very unsafe situation. They could have pulled over into the property they were delivering to. The entitlement is unreal. I hope the local police ticketed them as they had no authority (or need) to do that.

I called Estes about a delivery that was coming in a couple of days, asked them to call me before the item was delivered because my driveway (and therefore delivery point) is behind my house. The agent was very helpful and said that that would be no problem, the driver would call me when they were on the way. That call was never made - instead they left 900 pounds of boxes in the city street. The delivery receipt they left even had the note to call me. When I spoke with the Estes agent they agreed that the driver made a mistake by not calling but refused to help in any way.

This was the best delivery experience we have received ever. Not only did it arrive in perfect condition (almost 300lbs in size) the delivery driver was also excellent! We will definitely use this service in the future.
