Literally only in business because we don't have another electricity provider. They can charge whatever they want, they took NO accountability for the damages lost by their customers at their failure, and the service is absolutely terrible. Last month alone I had no power for 3 weeks. It started *before* the storm and they called it "equipment failure. " When I called today to ask why the price was double from last month when I didn't have power for 3 weeks, they offered no explanation and no support. Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Terrible. Shut off service with them during a move. They asked where to send my final bill I gave a forwarding address. Been waiting for my final bill after 2 months I never received it. I log on and it shows an $820 bill. I called to set up payment arrangements on it and they said it doesn’t qualify as they have sent it off to collections already. No physical bill no courtesy call no nothing. I ask why they ask for a forwarding address and where I would like the bill sent to if they don’t send it out and was told it’s for collection purposes only. Terrible company and terrible customer.
