Shikha Sharma has helped me so much during my therapy. My core and legs are so much stronger than they have been in decades. I am so grateful for her! Her knowledge and expertise is so evident when speaking with her. She is one of a kind.

My therapist, Shikha, seems very knowledgeable and has increased my mobility. I still have pain in my neck but am hoping it gets better.

I have had to utilize pt a few times. My place to go for the best care is Excel Sports & Physical Therapy. Jennifer, Jessica, and Katelyn are simply terrific. They are experienced therapists that know how to help you and get you past the tough parts and on your way to the activities you love. They each have helped me extensively. Office manager Tracie is always there welcoming everyone with her pleasing personality and ready to help you with your appointment and insurance questions. I highly recommend the Creve Coeur location.

Shakira is the best PT I have ever worked with! She gives excellent one on one attention to your issues and works very hard to help you through your recovery. She’s also one of the sweetest, most caring people you will ever meet!

Every one there is very friendly. Shikha was my doc and she was very careful and made sure not to push to hard so I wouldn’t injure myself again.

I have been very fortunate in life as I am receiving my first ever physical therapy at the ripe old age of eighty. I am so fortunate that on my very first adventure into this arena I found Shikha and An. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and was experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort. I am happy to report almost all of the pain has been eradicated and I feel so much better. I have found the entire staff friendly, courteous, caring, and knowledgeable; plus they express a shared desire to train you in exercises that may help your condition. I can only say that what they did has helped me immensely and I am thankful for their efforts, and I hope they can do the same for you.

The entire staff was very friendly from check in to check out. My therapist was kind considerate, helping me to perfect the plans as well as educating me on what we were attempting to accomplish and.celebrated when we did!
Shikha welcomed me to come back if I ever needed anything.

Pretty poor that they don't call when they say they will. I was told someone would call me this AM, but I never got a call. Good luck getting therapy here.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Therapy staff relates well to all age ranges of clients. Clerical staff answers questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Would recommend this location.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt welcomed. Sal Sesti is my PT, and I am very appreciative of his knowledge and his adaptability with respect to my care. He is an exceptional therapist!

Everyone there was very helpful and nice. Sal was my guy and he is awesome! He knows his stuff and likes to make it fun for everyone’s situation. I definitely recommend going to physical therapy here especially if you live around the area because it’s the best physically therapy you can get and it is very easy to get to.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have had hip and knee pain for years which had slowly reduced my ability to hike.
Still a way to go but working with Sal has reduced my pain and improved my hip/knee flexibility. Able to hike again with my daughter. Thanks!

Follow-up.
Continued my therapy and have slowly reintroduced jogging back into my life.
I thought my jogging day’s were behind me due to age and earlier knee surgery. Thanks again to all the encouragement and help from Excel. Sal’s been great!
