Hands down one of the best experiences with a mechanic you can hope for.
Traveling with my family when I had trouble with my Mercedes R350.
Had it towed to them after business hours and they graciously worked us in so that we could continue enjoying our family vacation.
Would recommend 10/10 times.

I will get back to you to let you know the experience that I have had with executive auto and their staff in the way they have treated me stay on top of this post. It’s a very very friendly atmosphere but that’s not why I take my car there. I take my car there to be worked on professionally I work hard for my money, and I expect for my car to be fixed properly, wait for the outcome and follow up on this and I will give you an update on my experience with exclusive auto I will let you know tomorrow what my rating is on them if there are one star rating for a five star and the reason why but so far so good I just want to let the public know why I have been taking my car there there is a really good reason and once I tell you, I do believe that most of the people that take your car there will agree with me. I am very disappointed in them. Nice people but my car has been there more than 2 years and nothing happened to it. It is just rotting on the sun and does not work anymore.: (

I absolutely recommend Exclusive Automotive! The mechanic, David is thoroughly knowledgeable and explains everything he will do and has done. You leave knowing you have nothing to worry about because your car was repaired correctly. Cat answers the phones and greets you when you enter. She is personable and patient and gets back to you when she says she will. I have had only wonderful experiences with Exclusive Automotive.

Worked on my MB SLK280. They did a great job and was not over priced. They scheduled for a Monday and finished the same day. Hard to find a good mechanic for foreign cars but they are great!

Jill and Kat are friendly and intuitive. Dave makes personal calls to talk to you about options for you vehicle. They have done work on my 2004 Porsche Cayenne and my 2010 Mercedes GLK350. I no longer dread vehicle maintenance and repair on my finicky German cars! These guys are the best.

What a place I was stuck in Ozark and called around and they got me right in took care of the issue so fast and got me back on the road, FYI the coffee was amazing 5 stars for these guys.

I have used this business for many years, and many cars. They are just the best! They always get it right, let you know what the cost will be before hand, and always explain what they did when you pick up. They are busy for a reason! If you have to wait a little bit to get in, trust me it's worth it. Wouldn't take our cars anywhere else!

TOOK MERCEDES IN FOR A PVC VALVE REPLACEMENT, $1300 ESTIMATE, SCANNED CAR, MECHANIC FOUND OUT STILL UNDER WARRENTY AT MERCEDES TILL AUG. DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THE SCAN! NOT EVERY REPAIR SHOP WOULD PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE LIKE THAT AND TURN AWAY A $1300 JOB! STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY TOO! WILL BE TAKING ALL MY VEHICLES THERE WHEN NEED OUT OF WARRENTY REPAIRS.

I refer everyone here and have for past 10 years or so. Just stopped in with a small trunk issue and he took care of it right there crazy fast. Awesome as always, love local service
