10 out of 10! Words cannot express how much this little coffee station impacts my day, EVERY day! When I stop by and get my morning latte, Lydia, Julie, Alyssa, Kate and Stormy always greet me with a huge smile! These ladies know what I drink, and always have amazing customer service! They are personable, attentive, and above all and foremost, are adding more than just coffee to my day! I have personally witnessed the owner step in and work with everyone to assist customers. A true, all hands on deck, work environment. I am a firm believer in supporting small businesses and I am forever an Exit11 customer and will happily share my positive words with anyone and everyone! Treat yo’ self and stop at one of their locations and get yourself a quality, espresso or coffee for a reasonable price! For an added bonus, get one of their amazingly huge, chocolate chip cookies! Support local businesses…Better than Scooters or Starbucks! Friendly service and a beautiful, delicious Carmel macchiato. The espresso flavor was wonderful. Thank you. I WILL be back!

Great coffee, better than st*rbucks by a long shot. Coffee ice cubes are the bomb! Always super fast service. Give them a try!

I just had a baby like 11 days ago and today was the first day taking other kids to school in morning. Needless to say it was a hot mess morning & I NEEDED coffee. I came to this location and ordered only to realize I left my wallet & the gentleman took my info and gave me my order. On an honor system. Thank GOD. I was so thankful & gracious for this. That there is still trust in humanity and kindness. Love this place and thank you so much, because on days of chaos is the days you NEED coffee the most. Lol

I am obsessed with their cold brews! The Cinnamon Dolce is definitely my favorite. My husband and I also never miss a breakfast burrito with sour cream. The chorizo is so good!

Went this morning on our way to Do some shopping. We were going to go to the new Scooters but the line was to long so we went to Exit 11. I got a Java chip frappe and my husband got a energy tea. Service was fast and the girl was very nice. The only thing my husband mentioned was he had to much ice in his cup and the small drink was only a couple swallows for him.

The staff always seem so happy and friendly. It just always makes me feel a little bit better being greeted in this manner. I recommend them if you need a smile and a quick coffee and snack.

Excellent cold-brewed coffee served with a friendly, smiling face! Better prices than big-chain coffees with sizes and quality that rival the big-chains. Service was outstanding and made us feel like truly valued customers. This was my first visit after my daughter told me about the place. Definitely will be back when in the area!
