Express Care of JCMG - West End, Jefferson City MO

I love my regular doctor but it isn't always easy getting in for a quick test. JCMG express care got me in and out within 20 minutes and that included the test! Great job!

I really liked everyone there. The nurse knew that I needed a different cream for my lesions instead of what I was prescribed by Judy Wienke. She referred me to a dermatologist. I think she has helped me a lot.

I've had nothing but great service at both Express Care facilities in Jefferson City. The wait was almost non-existent, the receptionists were more than helpful and the medical staff quite competent. In particular, on one occasion, I had scratched my cornea. Just a phone call to the Express Care nurse saved me a trip. A second time, I had stitches done in my hand and the nurse practitioner followed up with me, showing a level of care that I am not used to getting. Finally, I appreciated that meds prescribed were the affordable ones. Five star review all around.

Paid 40 dollars to be told I have a cold. My illness progressed into almost full blown pneumonia before I got better. Staff was short and rude to me. I was not prescribed any antibiotics, although I understand why with the overprescribed antibiotics. I legitimately needed them.

Showed up at 7 for a quick ear/sinus infection diagnosis. Office staff and nurses were short and rude the entire time dealing with them. I understand it was early in the morning, but sick and injured people are coming in. Show a little compassion! The nurse practitioner was nothing but nice to me. She was kind and caring, and understood that I felt horrible. She made the visit quick and suggested a couple OTC meds to take with the antibiotic.
