Room was nasty hair and trash like the room was half cleaned. Not a good place to stay. Has mold on floor and cabinets

This place gets some stars for customer service; it was excellent here. However, the room was gross. Roaches were in the bathroom and the sheets on the bed were cheap there was also stains on it. The location was pretty good when it came to the airport. We parked our car at the parking spot, which isn't far at all from here.

The rooms look nothing like the picture. More like a hospital room.
Only one side of the bed had a side table & lamp. No chairs if you want to sit & eat or work on your computer. The first room we were given smelled horrible but the stuff was nice and got us a new one. The breakfast was a granola bar or prepackaged muffin. The only thing to drink was coffee. The bathroom toilet flushed on top but to get to it you had to squeeze your hand between the counter top & toilet (1"space). The closest closes via a shower curtain. You get what you pay for, maybe less.

I stayed here for about five weeks for work and was very pleased with my experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and weekly rental rates are very affordable. While this isn't a five-star luxury hotel, it completely exceeded my expectations for the amount of money I paid.

Not a bad hotel. I was a little confused by the front desk when I asked if there was a restaurant within walking distance for lunch and dinner. I was told, "no there is nothing around here. " That was not the case. There is one restaurant opened for Lunch - Scotts BBQ - Great chorizo tacos.
Boulevard Grill and Burger Theory are opened for dinner. All of these are a 5 minute or less walk. 10 minute walk will get you a couple more.

My bed didn't even have a comforter. I had a sheet and what most hotels use as a thin itchy underblanket and no quilt or comforter. For $95 the breakfast was basically packaged donuts. Not worth the money at all.

Booked 2 rooms 2 weeks in advanced and was told I couldn't get the rooms booked when we arrived, instead we got 4 single person rooms. 3 out of 4 of the rooms had a horrible smell and had mold all over the rooms. They should be paying people to stay here instead of the other way around. And when the manager responds to this with a " deepest apologies" and " we will work on such and such" just know that this place isn't worth what little it costs. Your better off staying in your car

So close to the airport and after dealing with a creepy cleaning crew in Topeka, this place was heaven!

Only stayed one night but everyone there was friendly, room was clean and cool since weather has been very hot so that was refreshing and was very quiet

Even though this hotel is on the cheaper side of hotels, it was not worth even that money! The room smelled like mold along with the hallways. The bed is hard as a rock the pillows fill like they are blow up pillows, the so called comforter on the bed looked like the shower curtain and was as thin as it also. The shower had ZERO water pressure it was like taking a shower with a water hose. The stove in our room looked soooo dangerous i would not even try to ever use it! We stayed for 4 nights and not once did they come tidy up our room or change our sheets! There was a party outside the front door every night including the workers! Also the workers seemed to be doing some shady stuff in random rooms throughout the hotel. And they never stay at the front desk they are either outside partying or hiding in a random side room next to the elevators. After the 1st night we wanted to leave so we asked the lady at the desk if we could check out early and she said yes you can leave at anytime but you wont get a refund! Do not stay at this hotel pay the extra for a nicer less sketchy hotel!

terday after traveling over 1900 miles by auto to
the location in Kansas City, Mo I was forced off
the property by the mid-shift staff, for
requesting a room change. I was abruptly asked
to leave while speaking on the phone to a young
teenage transgender, who threatened me with
the police. After the police arrived, I was able to
witness her behavior and attitude toward me, as
before I was only speaking to her over the
phone. I booked through Priceline, for two
nights stay, from 05-16-22 thru 05/18/22 who is
refusing to cooperate and give me my money
back since I was escorted off the premises by
the Kansas City, MO police department, as she
chanted "Black Trash", and mind you I am in my
late 40's, and recently had a stroke. This young
transgender was in his/her early twenties, and
I've just been very emotional, crying, and very
disturbed from the rough treatment. Please
don't ever stay with that location. I still haven't
slept, and had to nap in my car overnight prior
to my CT scan from the stroke I had days
before! What a devil of a horrific time I had!

Our room was ok, but grab and go breakfast was poor, they only offered muffins, oat and coffee, but decaf wasn't working. I was expecting more.

Buyer beware! Keep an eye on your credit card. Added deposit required for potential damages and THEY KEEP IT! Dirty! Staff is friendly maybe that is why the rooms are dirty. Breakfast is packaged portions of high sugar processed food. Spent less than ten hours here and regret my decision.

The bed and pillows were super comfy. My north face jacket and hoodie picked up a lot of pet hair. (I don’t have pets). I was able to clearly hear my neighbors having a good time in their room at all hours. The $100 fee upfront only to be refunded after 7-10 business days.

Arrived and was told there were no rooms available even though we had made a reservation months ago.

4-24-22 The rooms were decent for the price for two nights it only cost $150. With that being said. You get what you pay for. A couple of the pillows were stained yellow, the website said free breakfast. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST AT THIS HOTEL.only things available to us for was black coffee in the morning. Overall the price was fair, rooms are cleaned.

Very clean, decent size rooms, very quiet and great location. It also has all amenities that is needed for a distressed overnight stay! Great work!
