Really great experience from signing up for a unit all the way through cancellation. Clean and secure climate-controlled facility which made me really happy to store my items at this location.

Always very helpful and kind. The space is easily accessible and very clean. Exactly what I was looking for.

Jim was a huge help to our organization and responded promptly to my questions. He is customer service is top notch.

I rented a unit on 8/3/23 and was very please with the location, the cleanliness and the fact the unit had lighting. Jim was great as well for answering my questions and getting me acclimated. On 10/30/23 I received a postcard notification that my rent was increasing from $61 to $114. Insane. The whole reason I transitioned to Extra Space was for the monthly cost. Now I have to spend another 3 weekends moving. I understand our agreements are month-to-month but how in good conscience can this be happening so soon. So now I'm totally disappointed.

The facility was very clean and very nice. The people were great to work with and I had no problems at all in that regard. The only thing I would say that I did not like is that when you sign up you cannot sign for a contract and it is month to month. This means that they can increase your rate whenever they want and they did this pretty consistently over the years I used this facility. I would highly recommend this facility for short term use but if you are looking for long term I would say shop around.

Jim bent over backward to work with me on something a little out of the ordinary. What a great guy, is they said in Blazing Saddles. LOL

I had to - very quickly - find an storage unit which cousin fit my needs for space and was easily accessible. The selling point was being able to do everything online, including getting the access code and lock. Fast and efficient. On site manager very helpful.
