If you've never done a person's brow before look at them before you start chopping away

I had a wonderful experience getting my eyebrows done. The lady was incredibly efficient and gentle, which made the process very comfortable. I asked the lady to not thin out my eyebrows and she didn’t! What impressed me even more was that I didn't need to make an appointment; I could simply walk in and receive their services. Overall, it was an excellent experience! I highly recommend it!

Thieves. I gave a cash tip for my
eyebrow service. I wrote cash where the tip line was. I look on my bank statement and they changed me an extra $10, which I did not authorize.

They do good brows but the integrity of their workers is trash. Go elsewhere

Cheap place, had to come here because it was my only option in my trip to STL and unfortunately it was what I was assuming: (Had the Brazilian wax and they lady did a bad job leaving A LOT of hairs. Not a crazy private room for the service and the lady said something like “this the weirdest part for me” when getting into the booty… umm… I understand, would have been better if she didn’t say it out loud… made it uncomfortable for me.
Anyway, don’t go. Find a better place. They charged me 55 for a not worth it service.

I’ve been going here for about two years so it hurts me to say that I will no longer go back. They have all new employees who don’t know what they’re doing. Honestly, they need more training. When I arrived at the shop the young lady was late opening the door. When she finished my eyebrows they were thin and uneven. I’m disappointed and very upset. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went there the other day it was completely empty and a lady walks from the back talking on the phone… clearly noticed i was standing there and proceeded to take her phone call for about another 4 mins before she came to me and asked what i wanted i told her to get my eyebrows waxed. As i take a seat she proceeds to thread my eyebrows instead. She didn’t sanitize the area or even talk to me to be honest she rises through it and put a mirror infront of my face… needless to say i will not be returning extremely rude and unprofessional

Last two times I come here I leave with my eyebrows completely uneven. I used to like this place but I’m so done going there. Eyebrows ruined and they’re going to look bad for the next month while they grow out. Inconsistent eyebrow techs so it’s like playing roulette.

The only good thing about my visit was the friendly service. The lighting wasn't the best, so I wasn’t able to see the stray hairs left behind until left and was down the street. Maybe it was because the lady was having a phone conversation the entire time of my service, and she wasn’t paying attention, or it might be because she couldn’t see well with the lights, or maybe she just didn’t care to do what I paid her to do. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend this business.

I got individual lashes I asked for full long I got thin barely there lashes plus glue was all over my face from her hands and work wow! I was so upset w my services I paid n just left!

I got an eyebrow threading service from here and an eyebrow tint they were very fast and has nice service. Highly recommend!

Roya is excellent, attentive, thorough, and simply gives good, and professional service. I love my eyebrows. She is the best.

I been going here for almost a year now and I’m usually always satisfied. The girl that just did my brows thinned them out so much. When I clearly asked to make them thick. I’m so upset. I doubt I ever come back. Listen to your customers!

Although you may feel it’s unfair for my 2 star rating. I think it’s valid because your employee didn’t sanitize chairs or hands in between customers. I waited patiently for 30+ mins. She not only rushed my service, but also did not listen to my simple ask. Everyone knows how important eyebrows are to one’s face. Now I’m inconvenienced because I have to let them grow out for months to come. I appreciate your response, I will email soon.
