F45 Training Ellisville

I’ve been coming to f45 ellisville for a year.such a fun group to workout with and the trainers are very helpful. It has definitely helped me work on reaching my fitness goals.

Awesome coaches, training, and members! Highly recommend. If you commit and stay consistent, you will see results.

Even though these workouts kick my rear end, I am always glad I show up! The coaches are always positive, ready to jump in with advice or adjustments, know just when to remind me we don't always need to show up ready to workout at 100% capacity, that it's just showing up that counts and then when to push me when they know I can give a little more! I love the variety of the workouts, love that everyone is there to actually work out, not worried about what they look like or busy judging people around them. People are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend F45 in Ellisville!

Emily and Kayla were the best trainers! Constantly motivating and pushing me to do my very best. Great team environment as well. Gym also well maintained and very clean! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I recently moved back to the area after living away for 7 years, and I am so happy to have such an amazing gym in Ellisville. The coaches know everyone by name and I can tell they care about everyone having the best workout they can. I have back issues and they are always there to provide modifications. During each workout, the coaches are walking around making sure everyone is doing ok. I personally love the HITT type workouts at F45. Everyday seems to be a different workout so far which I also love. Overall, it is an amazing experience and I love everyone I have met so far. Plus the workouts are intense and awesome.

The instructors are enthusiastic and create an awesome environment. I really enjoy these workouts- it’s a great start to the day!

The best! Having grown up in Ellisville with little guided gym options I was thrilled to see an F45 opened up down the street from my parents home on a trip back to visit them. Amazing trainers - knows everyone by name which makes the experience that much better! I’ve seen a huge shift in my health since starting F45. I will continue to return every visit home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
