Fairfield Inn St. Louis Fenton

The woman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! Nowadays it seems impossible to get good customer service, well any customer service anymore reallly. It was a breath of fresh air to have an employee of an establishment show kindness, concerns, and overall pleasant reception. The other staff seemed very friendly, showing smiles every passby. The breakfast offered was wonderful, the hotel was very clean. Overall, this establishment was very well managed!

This is just a so-so Marriott. No USB ports in the room. Our daughters left and went to another hotel because their room was dirty and the front desk clerk was rude

Staff are great, hotel is "long in tooth". Don't go out of your way to stay here unless all you want to do is sleep uncomfortably.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place reeks of mold and mildew. There is visible water damage all over the hotel. The staff are nice and accommodating but that’s the nicest thing about this place. That and it’s quiet even though you are right off the free way. The room is severely outdated and you can tell that the pipe need to be replaced. Our room was not clean. Our toilet was disgusting and so was our tub. You can tell that the owners do not care about this place and just want to make some money. The pool isn’t even open and has NO water in it. They have 3 ice machines and only one works. This place is horrible I would get a refund if I could.

Slightly tired hotel. Staff were very nice and accommodating. It was quiet but rooms could use a refresh.

It was a very nice hotel, the room was very big and the bed was very comfortable (usually I wake up with back pain in a strange bed- not this time), very clean and the hot breakfast was very good, when I revisit my cousins in Illinois and Missouri, I'm definitely staying here.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Sunday breakfast was the standard scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, waffles, assorted fresh fruit, ceral, yogurt, etc. Couldn't ask for anything else.
