They tried to find what I thought was a parasitic amperage leak that had killed my battery. They requested initial approval for 3 hours of labor. Since it was manufactured by Mercedes, the labor rate is $200 per hour.

Said and done, they checked everything and assured me that there is not a parasitic leak. They charged just 2 hours labor, which pleased me. Many other garages would have charged the full 3 hours that I'd approved, whether actually needed or not.

CONCLUSION: This company is both competent and HONEST. Rare qualities these days.

They were able to get me in last minute for a full vehicle inspection, and then again a day or so later to get the work done on my car to get it to pass. The work was done professionally and quickly and all the guys I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

They did a great job and made my 73 Corvette run better than it has for a long time. They also gave detailed explanations on all the repairs that were needed.

Another shop diagnosed a check engine light as needing to completely replace my catalytic converter. Fairway did a much more thorough inspection and realized the problem was a faulty sensor, saving me quite a bit of money and headache! Both times they've worked on my car they have been thorough, explained things plainly, and been honest about what needed to happen. I also appreciate their shuttle service. Will definitely be back!

So, I went to fairway to get my car aligned, it was unbelievable. I arrived and was greeted by the most handsome man I’ve ever seen. Once he took my keys, he gave me firm handshake and commented about
my vintage star wars t-shirt. Before I could get comfortable, I was being serenaded by the likes of John Williams. I then reenacted several scenes from the original trilogy only to be met my thunderous applause from all the staff on duty.

The only thing that could have made this any better was if they complied to my request to be frozen in carbonite.

This is why I support small business. They really came though for me by helping me complete the forest battle scene on Endor, buy pasting the fur I collected at my dog grooming business on or about their faces and arms to really own the role of The Ewok people.

This place is amazing! Quick work, very welcoming. They have a car shuttle and options to rent a car while yours is being worked on. It was very easy! I went through CarMax warranty and this place was amazing!
