Great experience. Very friendly staff. My mechanic, Kurt, brought me into the garage to show me exactly what was wrong with my car instead of just telling me a total. Kept me in the loop and explained everything they were doing. Extremely pleased with my experience here.

When first contacting Fairway I advised my power steering was gone out (wheel is hard to turn) I was informed to bring it in to have it looked at. I received an invoice of $185 for Diagnostic testing which is fine BUT when I called and asked is that price included in repairs I was told NO it would be a separate charge. If I get the work done THERE, why would there STILL be an additional charge to find out? I absolutely understand if I wanted SEE what’s wrong and get my neighborhood mechanic to fix the problem they found for cheaper and leave then the $185 charge would be valid BUT I am asking shop to fix my problem so the additional charge rubbed me the wrong and it felt like company was trying to get over.

Called me right away to confirm my appointment and get more details on what I needed. They offered me a ride home and back while they worked on my vehicle and was very kind and thorough with the entire process. Felt like a family friend was helping me! I will definitely be back.

Replaced radiator, heater core, thermostat, did a fantastic job. Got the job done in a timely manner. Great service all around and highly recommended, Professional service very friendly staff. Great job!

Fairway has been above and beyond both times I’ve used them for alignments. (Lowered vehicle friendly) checking back later in the week to see how the vehicle is doing. Really appreciate that and any work I can’t tackle in my own is going to be given to fairway a million times over!

Friendly and fast! I called several of the larger shops before because they just came to mind and I needed only an emissions test. Then I recalled a flyer I received from Fairway and gave them a call. They said bring it over. They had me in and out under 30 minutes. Nice and clean waiting area with several amenities. And again, friendly as well.

I had a good experience when I visited for a tire repair I always do they're friendly and professional and don't give you the run around about what's wrong with your vehicle that's a plus for me good job Fairway.

Excellent experience from start to finish! In November ‘23, my corvette was making a noise. Thought it was a rotor issue. I live in Illinois and the only place locally that will work on corvettes (and has worked on this car before) couldn’t get me in for two weeks. Called around St. Louis and very few places work on Vetts (did not want to pay dealer prices) and those that did couldn't get me in for weeks. Called Fairway based on reviews (very nice, friendly receptionist) and they were able to get me in the same day, despite being busy.

The diagnostic cost would be $50 and after a fairly short wait of 40 minutes or so, they pulled it in garage and discovered the noise issue was due to missing screws that held a particular part in place (can’t recall exactly which part). They said that it likely happened when new tires were put on (not at their location) and screws were not reinstalled. The car is not driven much so it took a while for the missing screws to create the noise.

They brought me in and showed me while car was on rack that rotors were good and screws were missing. They found some screws, installed them and only charged me the diagnostic cost. Huge sigh of relief that this visit wasn’t going to cost me $600 plus!

I was nervous about going to an auto repair shop that I’d never been to before and hoped they wouldn’t try to get over on me, which they could have done. I was also delighted to learn that they work on BMWs since it can be hard to find non-dealer mechanics for those as well. I appreciate their business ethics and will be returning for any future repairs.

I dropped my car off on December 21st and was able to pick it up on December 22nd. I was recommended to go here from my girlfriend, who in turn was recommended by her brother. Car sounds better, runs better, and they communicated cost and issues they found with my vehicle in a timely manner. Special thanks to Chris at the front desk and James in the mechanic shop.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were patient explaining what needed to be done for my car. We will definitely be returning.

I shall return but they was really nice and the service awesome. I definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Everyone is always friendly and forward with what your car needs without the regular overbearing macho mechanic attitude. Always very detail oriented and quick with work done.

They let me know what was going on, with information sent directly to my phone even before they talked with me. Offered refreshments while I waited.
