Fallon's Grill and Tap reviews
20Terrible! Do not recommend this place for anyone. Worst service ever and I had a Togo order. The bartender looked like she just rolled out of bed. The entire place is sketch. The kitchen also looked like a mess. Food isn’t worth the money.
Took the family here. Burgers and fries were perfect. Whiskey was excellent. Love this place
Delicious chicken fried steak, homemade fresh green beans with hickory bacon and the mashed potatoes were so good! We also enjoyed the angus burger with pub cheese and fries. Our server Marissa, was very attentive without being overbearing. We had a great experience and will definitely return.
We visited for brunch with Santa today and we were just blown away. The food was SO GOOD! The corn beef hash was my favorite and then the French toast (I think it was crème brûlée) was insane. The service was great and Santa was the best! They had a wrapped gift ready with my little one’s name on it and even still gave us a gift to take home to my teenager who didn’t end up coming. And the price was great. We’ll come back for lunch and dinner and may become frequent brunch flyers This is coming from a 20+ year waitress and bartender so you know it’s got to be good if I’m blown away. Thanks for a magical morning guys.
Wow, food is aweful.ruined the Guinness Stew with waaay to much salt, Corned beef on the Rueben was sliced an 1/8" thick & un-chewable, Onion Rings were fried in some weird carnival batter. NOT normal Pub fare NOR Irish fare.
My wife and I got angus burgers with pub cheese. Awesome. One of the best burgers we have had in a while. Also, while there my son who has special needs was upset about music playing and we forgot his headphones and thought we were going to have to leave and our server (who was also awesome) turned it off temporarily just for us. This place is a local gem and needs for attention. Go for the food and top notch service.
The place was empty. The bartender never truly greeted us. They were watching a grand daughter. The smoked salmon appetizer wasn’t bad. My wife actually changed her mind about the Chili a couple minutes after she ordered it, and I said aloud, do you still want the chili? The bartender turned around and said “I already put it in”. This was really strange since we were the only customers and for sure, we know the chili was Hormel from the can. It was gross. We left and won’t be back. The staff has lost their sense of what it takes to bring people in and keep coming back. It’s unfortunate.
Overall the food was alright! It was decant but nothing special. The service was great everyone was nice!
Compared to other places that are similar, you can get better food and more for about the same price.
Anyway thanks for the great service!
What a great restaurant! I dined on the patio this afternoon and I really enjoyed it! I ordered the Ruben salad, which was unlike any other salad I've ever had. It really worked and was delicious! I liked how there was a dog menu listed on the main menu so you could grab food for your furry friend as well. They also have an extensive beer list! I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more menu items!
Some mediocre irish food is okay, but nothing special. I got the Guinness stew and really wished it came how Guinness stew is in Ireland. If it came on top of the mashed potatoes, it would be so good. The mashed potatoes were really, really good. I got the huckleberry margarita as well, and it was pretty good. Definitely an older crowd in there, but I think if they made some room for some live music, this place would have some really good potential. There are tons of whiskeys to choose from, which, if you're into it, is exciting. Wish this place had a yougher crowd and live music, then I would definitely come back.
We really like going here & want to continue to do so, but are really disappointed that you've joined other restaurants in the ungracious policy of charging your customers for the credit card fees. This was always a cost of doing business & built into your prices. Now, you want me to pay your prices AND pay for the fees OR carry around a boatload of cash just for the privilege of paying you? Really? Customers remember stuff like that.
I really enjoyed the fruit salad. Grapes, pineapple, blueberries and strawberries with house-made strawberry vinaigrette over greens! Tony was great and let me know that most Mondays they have crème brûlée bread pudding. Save me a table!
Our server.named Fallon.
Was absolutely wonderful. I have to put her in my top fav servers in the area. She was absolutely spot on and fun the whole time we were there.and to be honest.everyone was wonderful. And omg try the spinach dip for an appetizer.maybe one of the cheesiest best things I've ever eaten.
I highly recommend this place
This place came highly recommended. Hostess was really friendly and menu/whiskey selection looked great. After we were seated we waited 15+ minutes without being acknowledged. Tables right next to us received service, ordered, were visited multiple times; we weren’t seated in a hard to see area of the establishment. It was lively but not packed with people and there were multiple workers on the floor and behind the bar. I’ve never been ignored or denied service at a restaurant so we left, still never having been acknowledged by a server.
For perspective, next restaurant we went to we were greeted by a server within two minutes of being seated and had ordered after being visited by the server the second time, all in under 10 minutes.
If I ever try this place again (possible, since people I know like it and suggest it every once in awhile) I’ll amend the review. Current status: disappointed.
Stopped by for lunch and have the half sized cheff salad with ranch and it did not disappoint. Fast service from John and good vibes from the place.
This our "home base". We love the staff. Last night I had a philly cheesesteak sandwich. But it is all good. Great selection of Irish whiskey.
Thank you for a relaxing and easy mother's day brunch. The creme Brule French toast was the best combination! It was so good it didn't even need syrup. The live Irish music was a very nice touch.
Service messed up multiple times. Good is okay. It's a pub that tries to fancy up their food to justify a high price. Fish and chips $20. Better at captain d's. $6 for onion rings. Get 5 rings that are chewy.pass if possible.
I ordered flowers for my grandmother’s birthday yesterday. The lady who helped me was very friendly. I don’t have any creativity and told her I wanted something bright and happy.
Really bad food: (
Was looking forward to fish & chips with onion rings. Very overcooked- everything was tough and flavorless. My daughter’s chicken strips were equally dry and chewy. I paid my $100 bill and left.
