Dr. Squires is a godsend.
I have a long history of migraines and at the first part of this year, they got so bad I had to go to the ER several times. After seeing her for about 3 months, the number of migraines reduced substantially, and now I’m practically migraine-free!
Right from the first visit with Dr. Squires, I knew she would be the best person to help me. She’s highly skilled as well as compassionate. She addresses any chiropractic concern I’ve had.

Family First is the BEST chiropractors office I’ve ever experienced. Dr Squires is AMAZING! She’s changed my life. You can always count on a good joke from Dr David and Dr Kelley is always there with a warm smile. Dr Colin is very attentive and knowledgeable and YES I HAVE been worked on by all of them. The front desk is fabulous. Keisha does a great job of running things and Raven and Lindsey work very well with all the patients. You know they’re great ppl when you get to know everyone in the office and the service is just as stellar. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I can’t say enough about Family First and the care they provide. They’re caring, thorough, and detailed in their assessment. Each practitioner is patient with the care they provide and treat you as a person first, patient second. While I wish I didn’t have to know how good everyone at the clinic is at their craft, I’m grateful to be receiving their care.

After moving back to Columbia from a business venture in Arizona I made a B-line for Family First Chiropractic. While in Arizona I developed a mechanical issue with my left front shoulder which was quite debilitating at times and, although I went to a capable chiropractor in AZ, this doctor was not able to isolate and remove the issue. I did not tell Dr. Squires about this shoulder issue just to see how things would turn out and my hopes were quickly realized. Walking out of the office I noticed that my shoulder pain was greatly diminished and by that night it was like I never had a problem. I don't know what magic doctor Squires wields. I just get to reap the ongoing benefits.
Now chest and shoulders at the gym is fun again. Thank you Dr. Squires!
Dr. Squires is very intuitive and thoroughly dedicated to her craft. She consistently pinpoints the issue and effectively brings the crisis to a resolution. She clearly has a heart for people and is warm and approachable. I would place her in the top 1% of my entire chiropractic experience of forty years.
The entire staff at Family First is capable and personable and I thank God that I did not waste much time running all over central Missouri looking for relief. I found the best first. To sum up my experience at Family First in one word-

I am very fortunate that I have a primary doctor who asked me how tied was I to traditional medicine when treating my headaches. I was in extreme pain constantly. I went to sleep with my head hurting and I would wake with my head hurting. The headaches were a combination of high blood pressure, tension, and migraines. I had been to various doctors and tried all kinds of medications without any headache relief! I was ready to try anything that might work to relieve the pain. My primary doctor referred me to Dr Squires at Family First Chiropractic. I came in and was greeted by smiling faces and Dr Squires did an extensive evaluation. After that visit, I returned to discuss the results of my x’rays and the suggested course of treatment. I signed on to try this new form of treatment for me and I’m glad I did. After several sessions I was getting some relief and on one occasion when I had a particularly bad migraine Dr Squires put some pressure on certain points of my skull I could hear again and then some more pressure points and I could see again and then another spot and it was like a shooting star, my migraine was gone. It was amazing and I was smiling again and back to my old self. These treatments have been miraculous for me! Words can not express how grateful I am for Dr Squires and Family First Chiropractic it has been a lifesaver!

Family first is amazing! They know what they are doing! I feel like i can run a marathon. I can do my job with out hurting!

CHIROPRACTOR CARE HAS SO MANY BENEFITS! Ialways feel like a new person after an adjustment. Dr. Alisha is pretty freaking incredible. I let her know I was nervous about my first appointment, she explained everything before it was done and told me where she would touch before she did. Very respectful and reassuring. On top of that I'm finally getting relief from pretty intense back pain that has been going on for over a month. Very glad to have found such a great chiropractor!

Drs and staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient with me and my crazy crew of 3 littles haha! Lots for the littles to do with an open atmosphere so I'm available if they need me while I'm getting adjusted.
