If you've been renting for much too long and dream of owning your current home or would like too find the right forever home I'd recommend that you contact Crystal @Family Home Solutions. I had been renting my home for 2-1/2 years and was determined to end renting at the end of the lease I was currently in. I had contacted 2 lenders and heard from 2 realtors to look at another of houses with no results. I contacted Crystal and asked her about the house I was in and bang! Before I knew it I was deep in the process of owning.

The landlord is super easy to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable generally the maintenance team is quick friendly and professional as well. Today a guy named Bo came to fix my bathroom vent and did so very quickly and was friendly and polite/ professional.

Alex & Madison answered all of my questions.they were very helpful with speaking on my behalf towards the landlord as well as Housing staff. It's kinda hard to reach them on the phone.upon coming to the office everyone is great and friendly! Definitely enjoy renting with FHS

Very helpful and informing. Super nice and actually answer the phone. A lot and property Management places don't even answer the phone anymore or call you back most of the time.

I rented a house they came into management with the house at 1511 n Douglas which had a faulty heating system that caused the house to be super cold even with the heat on and caused us to have 600$ utility bills trying to stay warm plus it had no insulation we had to throw fits to try to get them to fix it they sent HVAC ppl who told them that it was the heating system then they'd refuse to let the HVAC ppl fix it after my year lease was up it was supposed to go month to month per lease I signed they tried to force me to sign another year-long lease and I told them that I absolutely refuse to sign another lease unless they fix the heating system next thing I know I'm getting a 30 day vacate notice because I refused to sign a lease again they said reason being that they are selling it so I moved but they did not sell it they rented it to another lady who moved out before her lease was up because she figured out why they kept the basement locked there is a sewage leak I kept telling them I smelled seage now I know from what I heard the owner of the house Titus Williams is allegedly in business with Chris gatley that is hearsay from another landlord that I know so I'm not sure if it is true or false but that would explain the behavior of the management company plus one lady we spoke to at FHS was super rude and disrespectful

Was a super easy process. They allowed you to view any properties quick and easy. They were also very kid friendly when I had to bring my daughter to sign the lease. Definitely recommend renting through this.company

I have been renting through FHS for almost 2 years now. They have been good to my family and I. I’m not sure why there’s some bad reviews on here. This rental property is very professional and I haven’t had any issues with them! They have always came out in a timely manner anytime I’ve needed them to fix something. Definitely would recommend going though them 10/10!

Not worth 1 star. They became the property manager (NOT BY CHOICE) the last month of my 18 month lease. Original lease was with RPM. On May 1st, they called me & told me I had 30 days to get out that my lease wasn't being renewed. Why? They said because the owner decided to sell the property. I was never late with my rent, no grass in front yard, grew a beautiful green yard, updated the property, had maybe 2 maintenance calls in 18 months and my 2 big dogs did NO damage. I asked for at least another month, No Can Do. FHS NEVER returned my calls, when I finally did get ahold of someone & scheduled a walk thru, she didn't show up nor did she call. How RUDE! Turned my life upside down, about never found a place. The house sit empty for about 3 months. REALLY! Oh and the same owner owns it and someone is living there. WOW! Not sure what kind of scheme the property managers and owner had, but it must have been a good one. Higher rent, I suppose, cause the Owner, RRRowden LLC is the same owner when I rented it and it didn't sell like FHS said. Lies, Lies, Lies! Hope they don't treat other tenants like this. I WOULD NOT RENT FROM FHS or any house that RRRowden owned. Worst ever!
