I had a family member leaving an abusive marriage use Amanda Hogenmiller at this firm, and it was an awful experience. $30k in and Amanda had not asked for a PDL hearing to secure child support or alimony. Mom was a stay-at-home mom and Dad made almost $200k / year. Amanda listened a lot, but was an ineffective attorney. I sat in court multiple times and watched opposing counsel lay out their case and watched Amanda remain mute. She is a good listener, but that's a trait one wants in a counselor, not an attorney.
