Family Market reviews
6I always stop in by here when I'm on the run to pick up cold iced starbucks coffee to-go and pick up the 73 STL MetroBus Line to head downtown to visit the local museums or veterans memorial parks or some other relaxing cultural activity to feed my intellectual side for a healthy balance of self care that is a necessity for myself.
Very friendly and they r willing to help u find what u need and has a verity of things to choose from.
This is a different store then Larry's in South public but the same vibe from a loving family that owns the story that have came a long way to not only learn who they customers are but go out of their way to make sure that the community taking care of and taking lend a hand
Nick and his wife Misha and the rest of the crew always treat ppl with respect. They are very good ppl and its a good store to shop at.
Other than being aware of over charging on cards, even, when questioned, they give receipt showing $8.65, for ex.but my phone alerts shows $1065.that adds up over time, but no one really is going to dispute a petty$2.00 loss.but don't realize that it could have added up, robbing them of $60+ $ in a month, that their own neighborhood store robs them of, playing the struggling neiborhood citezens as fool's, but in reality they're the victims, and don't even know. Other than that, they, the staff, are great people.well, mostly.the old heads that's been in the area so long
For only having two isles they have an impressive selection of grocery items, including frozen foods. Prices are slightly higher but reasonable. ATM allows withdrawals in $5 increments, not just $20 like most do. If you aren't paying in cash, the minimum debit/credit card purchase is $5. The owner always has a good attitude and it's obvious he genuinely appreciates his customers.
