Employees were very helpful but not pushy. Where near by and checked if we needed anything but gave us time to look. And at time of purchase were very pleasant. Was a great experience.

Tierson was the young lady that assisted my husband Sunday at the Branson location. He was shopping for a specific type of sneaker. Tierson was exceptionally helpful in getting my husband just the shoe he wanted! She was polite, patient, and offered a great solution that allowed him to get exactly what he needed. Thank you Tierson for great customer service!

Wasn't thrilled that I walked to the opposite side of the landing only to have the clerk refuse to look at me. Granted they were only open 5 more minutes, however I could see from the window the shoes I wanted. I would have bought them and inserts, as I had been looking at previous store and didn't find what I wanted. I know the clerks have lives, but this whole " I'm closing 5 minutes early " thing is getting irritating in our society. Guess you didn't want to sell me those shoes. Fine. I'll find them elsewhere. On principle. I don't want to have to be there 5 minutes sooner. Just like you wanted to close 5 minutes early.

Told us about the sale and then we didn't receive the discounts. Only noticed after we loaded up and headed home. 6hrs away. Store needed someone to pick things up.

My daughter found the shoes she was looking for I tried to get her to get them in my size but she wasn't having going for that

I purchased a pair of Vans for my daughter at the Famous Footwear located in the outlet mall. Got them to her and they were too small. The outlet mall was closed so I returned the shoes to this location. The staff was extremely helpful in finding the right size and the exchange was a breeze!

Store staff (Two 20 something kids) extremely rude, argumentative & unprofessional. My husband and I both found a pair of shoes today but walked out without purchasing because of these two. We will not return to that store!
