I've been going here for a decently long time, and I've never had a bad experience. The inside of the place is clean and everyone is nice. The stylist who cuts my hair, Erin, always does a fantastic job (pun intended).

I had to tell my kids to try to understand and feel sorry for the stylists here, because they treated us all with such rudeness, and were really rough while cutting three of my kids hair. The cuts were all really really poor, choppy and uneven as well. All three! 3 different stylists, what the heck?

I had a very good experience with my stylist. She cut my hair exactly how I asked and conversation was pleasant and professional. There was a confrontation between two other stylist while I was there but they shaped up once new customers came in. Not sure I would recommend if the stylists can't manage to be private about their arguments.

I have been visiting this location regularly for more than 6 years. Asked for a tapered fade, lady chops the top into half and gives no fade. Had to show what a tapered fade means. She argues that I need to go to a real barbershop. This is a franchise. Your website has a catalog where what a hairstyle looks and what its like with a suitable face. Train your employees properly please. They can't even see hair above the ear. I left right away.

Why do these Corporate Hair Salons need your full name and phone number just to get a simple hair cut?
When I refused to give that info they acted like I was a traitor to America.
