Fast Lane Tire & Auto, Columbia MO

Brought my 08 trail blazer for a front end alignment the tech tightens my lower control arms with a 3/8 socket wrench (suppose to be 160 foot pounds) then tell me it is my fault the front lower control arms came loose on the hiway after 40 miles because all the front end parts are new recorded the work will be posting on YouTube along with the how tight they actually are using a torque wrench had
my 8 year old daughter in the truck scarry as hell don't go there if you value your life

I called a week ago to get some used tires. They told me they were in stock but the soonest I could get them put on was Monday. Come in Monday first thing and they’ve already booked the day. Come back Tuesday 8am, same thing. He tells me to come back Wednesday. Come back Wednesday and same thing. Then he offers to sell me the tires and I can take them to another shop. I agreed and he went to check for the tires. I started calling around and the other tire shops were saying they wouldn’t install used tires that were brought in like that. He comes back only to tell me that he doesn’t even have the tires but he can sell me new ones. This place was too much of a headache for me. Glad some of y’all get great service from this place, just wasn’t my experience.

I asked for some used tires They said they had two of then.they wanted 60 apiece which is out Rageous For used tires When I was able to go, buy 2 brand new ones for the same price. I would never recommend going to get any tires from that place

I went to get an alignment and was told they couldn't do it since I needed ball joint however when asked they would not do work if I brought my own parts they then refused and told me I couldn't have cat back in till I paid them 50$ for telling me what my car needed. Very rude and un Professional!

Needed to replace a flat stat. No issues, took how long they said it'd take. Recommended.

Chick that answers the phone is rude and you can barely understand what she is saying
Sold me the wrong set, then expected me to pay more for the set I actually needed.

Had to get a couple of used tires, and the owners were extremely kind and helpful. Will continue to be a repeat customer.

Would have put five stars but felt I was charged to much with having my tire changed but over all there a fair business would use them again
