Mike, the owner was absolutely the worst person to do business with. I asked him if I could review my taxes in his office before I pay. He said I need to leave. He got up put his finger in my face & said I’m going to call the police if you don’t leave. I did have a lot of questions on my taxes. As a client I just wanted to understand my tax situation. He told me I was disorganized & any issues with my taxes were my downfall. I have never been treated so badly in my life! Still in shock! Awful awful experience

I can’t say enough nice things about Chelsea from Favazza. She was brought in to fix a mess that was left behind from someone who quietly quit six months before she actually quit. Chelsea has the patience of a saint, the professionalism any business would be grateful to have and the work ethic that any business should appreciate.

There are some really nice people that work at this business but their service levels are very poor. They lost a key employee about two years ago and have never rebounded. Objectively I think you would spend less on fees and receive better service just about anywhere else.
