Fazoli's, Lee's Summit MO

Fast service and more than enough food to eat for a single serving. Very good food, I always get drive thru.

The cashier asked for a tip so I was going to put my glasses on he didn't want to wait.my food: the chicken was.old and very.dry and the noodles had so much garlic.i couldn't eat it.

The food here is really good for fast food style Italian. I would recommend for a quick Italian dinner if you are ina hurry or even a family dinner out as it is filling and quite affordable.

I was sitting at drive thru. Watched guy preparing orders, he was pretty fast with the tongs and ladles at the prep station. Then I saw him use his left hand to reach into a container, pull out some spaghetti with his hand.yes, HIS HAND.and then ladlled some sauce over it. Then he put that same hand on some piece of equipment beside his station and pushed some buttons with that same hand! He had gloves on, never changed them continued to make other orders and I was shocked. I should have said something to someone, but the whole crew looked pretty young, so I thought.they aren't gonna care. Never will be back! NEVER!

I went to the Fazolis on Lees Summit and it was about 15 min to close. I ordered the Grand Sampler. It was cold and the lasagna was like tough as rubber. I heated the rest up. The next day I called to have just the lasagna replaced with my receipt and she said I needed to have the food in order to replace it. So not only do they serve cold and old food, they are so rude and cheap they cant replace one item. Anywhere else that has messed up an order they go by your word. Think twice before going to this location b

OMG the food and the banging bread sticks. It's fast quality food at a good price. The portions were great. I highly recommend!

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. This one tends to be disorganized and less than spotless.
UPDATE: On a recent visit the nasty carpet has been replaced and the self service drink area is much cleaner and better organized. Still good food for a reasonable price.

Used to eat lunch there once or twice a month.it previously was good but last couple of times there it was bad.lasagna was dry and tough, bread sticks doughy, cheese ravioli had very little cheese, stingy with the spaghetti sauce, and everything was cold.one must find the good in every situation so i have to note the server was nice.belton frazolies is much better

Loved it! Loaded pasta bowls? Get out of here they were so good. Great freindly service as well.

It’s always hot and fresh and the employees are polite and fast. Dined in the other day and it was clean!

If you like Fazoli's don't go to the Lees Summit location. They suck. Can't even make a meatball sub right. It's not rocket science. And it won't do you any good to go back. Well I went back and this is the salad I got with my dinner (that I overpaid for). Well 5 months later and there still the worst one I've eaten ate.

Loveeee there chicken Alfredo every time I eat here or get something, I'm never disappointed!

We like fazolis. We had never been to this one and food was good as it is at all so far was a little sad the frozen machine was down. The whole place felt well used like it sees alot of traffic. Nothing was broken or damaged per se just not shiny new or highly polished. Our food was good fast and hot dri KS were cold so money well spent give it a try for some fast food italian

I went last week and they messed up on my change, but the food was good. I returned today, and they didn’t put any chicken on my loaded fettuccine alfredo. I’ll have to think hard about if I’m going to return or not!

My lasagna wasn't very good and the pasta was dried out on one side becauae all the sauce and cheese slid off. Breadsticks weren't baked all the way. Best part of meal was the side salad

Fazollis had no line in the drive-thru on Friday evening around 8 O'clock and the food was really great, fresh and hot. Of course the breadsticks were amazing!

Baked spaghetti was only fair. Very little meat sauce. Would not have it again. The salad was not real fresh.
