I ordered the 3 way sampler. Got home and found it eas cold. The Alfredo was not cook enough. I only got 1 meatball. The lazonia was not cooked thoroughly either. I'm very disatisfied with quality of what I ordered. I knew I should have went to Captain D's for fish

Came in there with my family and had the greatest of times. The cook came from the back yesterday to make sure everything was to our liking. Definitely will be coming back definitely will be holding more Sat family lunches here.

Hadn't had Fazoli's in years so decided to stop 9-10-23 for lunch. The food was not hot or even warm for the most part so the sampler platter was not good at all. The place was clean and the service was decent so there's that. Overall i wouldn't recommend this place at least not for lunch.

Tried placing an order over the phone for takeout, I was directed to a "general Voice-mail box" for me to leave my name and number so that they can give me a call when they can. WOW! Yeah I'll just eat when you guys are ready to take my order.worst experience I've had with placing orders over the phone. They should follow the norm and pick up the call, ask the customer to wait on hold and proceed from there. Imagine if you just get a random call from restaurants 24/7 asking you if you're hungry? No! I call, you pick up, and we go from there. Very big mistake into thinking a customer is going to wait around for a phone call back from the restaurant.

I found the staff in the dining area and I have been through the drive thru many times and I have always had a great experience. Plus the food is delicious!

I've loved fazolies since I was a kid, I only get it now when I travel because Jefferson city turned they're into a Jack in the Box

Manager shaking her head at me because I wanted to dine in but use a plastic container instead of a glass bowl? So I can take home leftovers? Why she so upset over that? I’m making less dishes for them lol

I wasn't going to say anything but I come in there two times a week and always see the older tall lady work her self to death she is in front back lobby while I look though window and see a manager on her phone I hope fazolis is paying her she is a team player i would give a 0 rate but that's only because of the manager on her phone not helping

The lovely cashier Amanda was exceptionally polite when taking our order. She broke down everything perfectly when it came to the original sub being able to be put into a combo. She was very professional and vocal.

Awful customer service. I waited for my food for about 25 minutes before going back ip to the counter looking for an update on my order. They said I did not take my table number, but I was not offered a number. When my order was ready, they did not come out in the dining room to try to find me or call out my number which was on the receipt. There was only a couple other people in the restaurant. The lady was rude and arguing with me saying I was wrong about not being given a number. Than the food I received was cold. This will be my last time dining at this location.

I was greeted warmly. The staff was very friendly. The cook preparing the plates to go out to customers might be a legit chef. The presentation was beautiful.
