Can’t speak to anyone locally. Paid 70 for shipping. Was told can’t pick it up. May make the drive an hour out and just try bc what the heck. It was supposed to arrive to me the 19th. It’s the 22nd now it’s says scheduled delivery date pending. So yea it’s just been sitting at this facility for a few days with no movement.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have received notification for several days in a row that my package is out for delivery. I received a call from FedEx and for some reason they cannot locate my address. I live in a mobile home park and do not have separate lot numbers. The house number is the lot number and they could not figure this out.or just didn't want to take the time to. I have been through a LOT of stress trying to sort this out.still waiting on my package and hopefully will be delivered to a nearby FedEx location for pickup instead. Please close the Saint Peters distribution center!

Wow, given all the reviews, apparently lying about attempted delivery is a thing for this particular place. It happened to me today. I was home literally all day today and even watched the truck drive right by my house without even attempting to deliver, yet I get the notification that there was an attempted delivery.

Negative 6 stars! This is the most stressful company I have EVER delt with. If the choice was mine I never would go with FedEx! They claim delivery and it was signed off by someone no-one knows to a business that is ALWAYS CLOSED ON MONDAY'S. Isn't there a certain criteria about not leaving packages to a closed business? Also I tried to "Manage My Shipment" but, this is only available to residential customers NOT TO BUSINESS', so they could change delivery to a day that we are opened. Next, I filed the appropriate claims and now FedEx only wants to work with the company We purchased from only to have them email us saying they have proof that the items were shipped to the correct address! Nevermind, our business was closed and some random street person supposedly signed for them. What now? We just loose out on money spent on product that is not in our possession?

Showing up a day late due to the lack of work performed by your delivery driver. They say they stopped. No one pulled in my driveway. I was outside when they drove past. There are 5 people that live here and most of us were here all day. This is absolutely pathetic of this driver. I'd expect this kind of work from a 16 year old McDonald's worker. I've got products that are supposed to ship today. That will not happen. And now to get my customers their products before Xmas, I'll have to rush the shipping.costing me more money.

Tracking my package today, 12/16/22, it's shows it was loaded on the truck and out for delivery. I've been home all day and I just received a notice saying a delivery attempt was made, it wasn't, and I have to wait until Monday. This is the worst service!

After 9 days trying to get my son's birthday present which I finally got 4 days after his birthday highly disappointed they told me that my address wasn't a real address and that when they found the address there was no way to deliver it because it was inaccessible I live in an RV park explain that

I would have given BIG ZERO if that was allowed. They are very unprofessional. My package was going to be delivered on 12/07 & today is 12/09 and I am seeing message stating - no one available at address. This is really frustrating.

Terrible service. Customer services lies to you, then hang up on you. No accountability at all. Horrible experiences. Wish my shipper would use another company.

This facility lies. Twice it has sent me a notice saying I was not home to deliver the package. I was home both times. No one ever showed up at my door. Ready

Would give less than one star if it would let me. Nothing but lazy drivers that won't move a box if it is over 5lbs. As soon as it says "on track for delivery" within 10 min they will say "delivery exception". I would put the whole story but you don't care about that. Just know the drivers for fedex are the laziest in the business and management doesn't care at all.

I have put my application in for over a year and a 1/2 straight I have done their background check on everything they refuse to even try to give me a call they don't even do any kind of interviews and they do not even look at their background reports for all their employees are even for potential employees Do not apply for this job they only hire people that they won't hire they don't want to hire no one else

FedEx took three days to deliver, which disrupted my work schedule, but they never acknowledged that. My delivery was scheduled for 9/12/2022. Waited all day, called and was told the delivery would take place. Never did. Rescheduled to 9/13/2022. This time, FedEx said their driver attempted delivery, but I have a camera over the door, so I have proof that is not true. Rescheduled again for 9/14/2022, when it finally arrived. So-called customer service is worthless. They kept telling me it would arrive "that day", but it didn't. When I told them my camera showed their driver never came to my door, they never responded. From now on, I will avoid FedEx delivery whenever there are other choices.

ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I’ve dealt with in my life. I had a package get delayed 2 days and after several phone calls I can’t get anyone on the phone to help me get it delivered successfully or hold it so I can pick it up.

I am very displeased with FedEx. I was expecting a package today, but got a notification that it was delayed. Reason was because a delivery attempt was made and the business was closed. First, it is a residence, and second the truck never even showed up. When I called “customer service”, 35 minutes after the “attempted delivery time”, they told me there was nothing they could do because the truck cannot turn around and come back. The problem is how can a truck go back to somewhere it never was in the first place. They then told me that they contacted the manager of the local office and they were going to contact the driver and make the delivery today. Tracking now says it will be delivered tomorrow. Normally I would not even bother with a review, but given my past experience this was the last straw. Not only does the driver fly through the parking lot, slamming on the brakes every time they need to stop. They also like to throw and roll packages to the door instead of walking an extra 5 steps.
