FedEx Ground, Columbia MO

Worst place to work ever! I agreed to for $17/ Ended up working 30 hours and only got paid for 9.5 at $12/ super shady company and when I tried to get my money they blocked my phone. DO NOT apply to work for FedEx ground

Said attempted delivery twice, never showed. Best part was lying about the time saying they tried sometime past 8pm when it was only 7: 35. I worked for fedex for 3 years so I know the drivers hate county addresses that take additional time and will purposely not deliver them day after day or say they couldn't find it on their truck. Our hubs drivers did this all the time, just sad to see it being done at another location.

Great place to work.the staff is great even though it's 2am thy still smiling and happy.if anyone need help the r on top of it. I have to say it's a GREAT WORK PLACE

I have been waiting for my package since I received the first text around 8am this morning. It is now a quarter after 7pm and of course no package and no one to answer my questions.

Blah blah blah that's all fedex says spit and repeat said diarrhea dribble worst then A. I.

Delivery drivers don't care where they put your package. I brought my son a PS5 for Christmas. I put in my delivery instructions with the code to my building and they sat my package outside in the open not at my front door where anyone could easily grab it.

This facility has repeatedly failed to deliver packages in a timely manner. One of my packages even had priority shipping that I purchased and they sat on the package. I ended up driving there to pick it up. Terrible service

Good place to work for fast paced and friendly people I've worked for FedEx for about 6 mouths now and the experience I'm getting is great

Requested packages be left at apartment office due to being out of town for the holiday- packages left at my door instead and was stolen. No updates on claim filed

There was NO front door service. Matter of fact my mattress was delivered at the bottom of the hill at my husbands auto shop. I f I wasn't up stairs and happened to be looking out the window I wouldn't of known it was here. The DRIVER is very lucky it didn't get stolen.

I had a package delivered today. I have specific instructions for delivery due to the area I live. I've had 3 packages stolen, I've spoken to all delivery companies that deliver to my address to never leave a package at my front door. The delivery guy knocked on my door, placed my package on the ground, then started walking off. I got my front door open in time, and asked the delivery guy to not just leave packages because my packages have been stolen before, he says, "That's why I knocked on the door! " That's not the point. Start reading delivery instructions and try being professional.

I ordered the item I looked at the tracking and it said delivered to my house. I was confused because no one came to my door. I called FedEx and they told me someone named Bryant sign for it? So they delivered my package to another house. And they’re not doing anything about it. They just told me they were opening up a case. I already saw the case and they’re not doing anything about it. Im never using FedEx again. Also we had problems with them in the past saying they tried to deliver A package and no one answered the door. I have cameras on my house no one ever came. If there is a 0 star I would be leaving a 0 star feedback.
