Used their pack and ship service. Used a prepaid label from ebay. Paid for a $17 cardboard box and then a week later was charged by eBay almost $100 because they weighed the box incorrectly and reported a incorrect weight amount to ebay which resulted in a ridiculous charge from ebay

Extremely slow and would rather stock things than actually help customers. Someone was asked to check the email and she decided to stock something instead of help a customer who has been standing here for 10 plus mins.

Whenever I needed to ship anything, I never had a hard time. However, the fact that they are closed on weekends is absurd. I requested to have a package sent to get picked up here, expecting to get it on a Saturday when I was off work only to find out that they are closed on weekends which forced me to have to wait till Monday for the package.

I was in a big hurry today, I needed some paperwork printed. It was a huge mess, it involved reformatting.jpg files to.pfd files to print. I wasn’t sure if I could get it done today. I'm finishing a project I’ve been working on for four years. But, lucky for me Amanda B.was on the job. She got my files reformatted correctly and printed. I was out the door in no time. She was very professional and knew actually what she was doing. Thanks Amanda B.for all of your help today.

Employee turn over here seems to be pretty high. I’ve had multiple quotes for shipping the exact same item. This can be frustrating as it leads me to believe the employees lack training, understanding, and shipping methods of the FedEx system. I no longer trust the quoted price and will be shipping all items from the Lamber St. Louis International Airport location. At least here, the employees have experience and know what they’re doing.

Location supposed to be open until 9pm. I drive all of the way here and arrive at 5: 13 for the sign on the door to say temporarily closed while workers are inside.

Terrible experience my package never delivery my address and they said it had been delivered the tracking number says they delivered it in st charles but i dont see my address they stole my package and i lost my money they are the worst

If I could give a zero rating I would but unfortunately I cannot. A package of mine was supposed to be shipped internationally to Canada from the St Peters location. I spoke to the Rep there and paid for the shipment. Clearly explained that it’s being shipped to Canada. When I tracked my shipment a day or so later status showed it was being shipped to back to St. Peter’s. Multiple calls with fedex discovered that there was no customs declaration form. How is that possible? Now I will have to have the sender go back again to resend the package! What a bunch of incompetents!

They were unable to look up a tracking number to print for me. I could tell that the employee was newer, as she just seemed generally confused throughout our interaction. I just don't see how fedex is unable to look up a registered tracking number in their system when I can do it on my phone while speaking to them. If you don't know how, ask someone.

After going somewhere else and receiving terrible product, twice, I went to Kinkos/FedEx on Mexico Road in St. Peters. I had the BEST experience. Amanda was so sweet and very knowledgeable. She was relentless in helping me.and while I was a little stressed and panicky because my file wouldn't go through and I was on a time crunch, she continued to reassure me that we would get it. And we did! She initially said that she would call me once it was done.and then came back and said Steven was just going to do it then for me. Way above and beyond! Excellent customer service. And, my product was perfect. Thank you to Amanda and Steven!

Please know that your staff member in St. Peters Missouri is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Yes, I walked in 1 minute prior to closing time to make copies and ship medical documents and the worker refused to help me. I have worked retail and I know how annoying it is to have last minute customers - literally. I am a registered nurse and an essential employee trying to complete the steps to host a medication technician course that will benefit many senior living communities and the worker there the evening of 4/22/2020 has no respect for any of that. He only cares about closing time. Shame on him and shame on those who have no compassion for the healthcare industry.

My Dad's printer ran out of ink at 7pm on a Monday night and he needed to print a music score (140 pages) for a rehearsal the next day. I learned that the FedEx store was open till 10pm but wanted to make sure they could get it done tonight. I spoke with Steven (sp?) on the phone and he said I could email him the file directly at the shop and he would have it ready by the time I got there. Not only was I able to print double-sided (unlike my printer at home), I was also able to have it spiral bound, so my Dad didn't have to tape the pages. It came with a hardcover and backing. Thankful they were open late, I was able to to pick it up before 9pm.
