Women at the counter has absolutely NO customer service skills! I was told by FedEx that I could pick up my package on a Saturday but when I arrived a grumpy woman came from the back and told me it was mixed with thousand of other packages and that I couldn't get it.

Those location ALWAYS delivers late. Tracking numbers will say it will be delivered on a date and it always takes an extra day. Completely unacceptable.

Use UPS they are much more reliable and professional.

I arrived at 8: 10am to find the door unlocked and the office unstaffed. I waited 20 minutes, knocked repeatedly on the door and could hear the bell from the door mat repeatedly going off in the back as I paced around waiting, but nobody ever came out. No sign or note explaining. Don't bother with FedEx, they clearly don't want your business.

Had to ship something for a friend. The worker was in the back talking but once they finally got to me they were quick service. Cannot say friendly or not because they really did not talk to me. You would think as much as they talked in the back that they would be talkitive to the customers. They did get the job done though.

The customer service rep, Felecia Teague, is a 5 Star Chick.she was friendly and funny! She made my 1st shipment everything I thought it could be!

I have been waiting for my package that fed ex has said has been delivered since july 1st.every time i call they state the driver has returned the package to the facility.they promise me this will be delivered the very next day by 12pm.this has been going on since july 1st it is now july9th and still no package and every time i call in the agent will not give me a local manager or help me.

Had my girlfriend who lives with me go pick up a package that I ordered for her abd the clerk told her I would have to come. I then asked my girlfriend to find out if I could verify my identity over the phone because we have a busy life. Upon reentering the store I heard the clerk shout out she couldn't do anything over the phone and slam a door. 0 class shoes and extremely bad look for any business. Never had this kind of behavior at a ups or usps store.

Yesterday & today I have experienced UNSATISFACTORY service from Federal Express. This is not the first time. I’m a small business owner (Health & Wellness) in the CWE of StL. I’ve been waiting in my delivery since yesterday. Upon calling to track my package the automated system states “attempted delivery but no one was at the business”. We were here until 9pm.
I spoke to a rep to ask if my package could be taken off the truck for pick up today. I was told the package is still on the truck and delivery time today 3/5/19 will be 8: 20am - 2: 40pm. I called 2x this morning checking on delivery. I got disconnected 2x while holding. Finally I get a rep and asked to be set up for a text to help me known when my package will be delivered. Oh well no txt.
At 1: 30pm I decide to go online to track my package and get a message “attempted delivery @1: 19 pm but no one at business, will attempt delivery again tomorrow.
We have been here since 8am. Whoever this driver is either they can’t read and must be going to the wrong address or just falsified info and didn’t come to our business at all. My supplier uses FedX.
I use it for Holiday shipping but will never use it again. I hate this horrible service and will share this experience with everyone and all over social media.
I STILL DON’T HAVE MY PACKAGE AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A CALL TO TELL ME HOW I CAN GET MY PACKAGE OFF THE TRUCK TODAY!

No one ever helped me at front desk. No one there! This is the second time no one at desk and I walked out. Strange that when I pulled up a woman in FedEx uniform was talking on her cell phone at front doors then as I was walking up to door she walked around to the side of the building, totally ignoring customers and continued on her phone. I went inside thinking that maybe she was going in to help by coming in side door but NO. She stayed outside still on her phone WOW! I have been treated rude here as well but I stilled try them again and now this. Well three strikes your out FedEx. I'm going to UPS right up the street with my personal and many professional shopping needs! FedEx I challenge you, send a boss there pull up undercover and you will see how this branch acts like customers are an inconvenience!

The parking lot was full to the point that I almost couldn't find a parking spot, but there was only one other customer in the store.

Inside the store, there's hardly room to move. The staff isn't rude, but they aren't exactly friendly, either.

I honestly dont see how fedex stays in business. The problem is they have no loyalty or pride to run a successful business. Just sitting in an office collecting a paycheck without a care in the world they are losing business. I always use the brown carrier. It's just so hard for them to do their jobs. Sad

Driver refused to attempt delivery to my building, claimed it was inaccessible despite a door code being made available. When I called customer service to send a request to driver to reattempt delivery, they AGAIN refused and instead left it at this location, >5 mins away. Really?
