FedEx Ship Center reviews
8Driver NEVER attempted delivery of package but updated status to "Refused". Mutiple complaints for this lication and its employees. FedEx should step in and investigate and review this locations business practices.
Cannot get a hold of this location at all. Just a t send the call overseas to a Chinese company that knows nothing.
I have a home surveillance camera system, and I have video of the delivery man throwing my package onto my porch.
Late evening 9-19 left 2 boxes in front of the garage door, out of sight of the front and the back door, both doors have covered roof. Obvious rain moving in. Placed exactly out of sight of the car driver. Next morning the same placement. Got it before the rain came again.
Can't even provide the services stated on website. Doesnt even have the ability to print labels. Might as well get everything yourself and choose UPS.
Had a order and met to driver on his route keeping his schedule and get small package by calling me so I could meet on his return back get another shipment excellent service.
Thanks again
My experience was fabulous!
The staff werThe staff were very friendly, thee veryThe staff were very friendly,
I swear they are treating my package like I’m receiving a bomb. This isn’t completely Sedalia’s fault but a FedEx problem in general. They delivered my package 2 weeks late and of course right when I’m out of town for a month for work. They’ve decided that for some reason I need to sign for this package which I have never had to do in 22 years of my life. I asked my friend to check for my package and they found a notice on my door with a final delivery notice and a phone number. Of course I get sent to the big FedEx customer support and not the people in Sedalia. You get sent to people who can’t provide any help to you and you aren’t allowed to be transferred to the FedEx store you need to talk to. All they tell you are conflicting answers that are completely untrue. I’ve called customer support 3 separate times and have been told 1. My friend can pick it up (which was denied by the people in Sedalia) 2. They need my tracking info and receipt (which was also denied by the people in Sedalia) and 3. They should release it if they see a picture of my ID, which I provided TWO SOURCES (which was again DENIED by the people in Sedalia). All I’m receiving is a computer part and it’s being treated like it’s a package for the President of the United States.
