Prices are to high like a lot for trailor. There pretty strick when it comes to putting up like a for sale sign or free kittens.

Would not recommend to anyone. Manager is horrible, An maintenance guy and wife start a lot of trouble to. Manger will say something and then tell you she didn't Don't make friends with no one involved with office and maintenance guy or his wife.

We’ve been here since 2019 it’s a quiet peaceful place. Both managers and maintenance people are really awesome and great people.

I just want everyone to know that I have had nothing but good things from both Barb and Linda in the office at Ferrelview. From the application process where they went out of their way, even coming to my work in the rain so I could close on the sale! They helped me set up the auto payments for everything so I do not have to worry about no late payment issues. This morning my Air conditioner had an issue and all I did was text Barb. She and Linda got right on it and by lunch time she had text me to tell me they would be sending someone out to get this fixed. These 2 ladies really do show they care about the people and the park! Heck they even got me in touch with Tom so I could have someone mow my yard! Thank you for everything you do for me!

100% would NOT recommend. They make promises they won't keep. They were supposed to repave our driveway and never did. We bought the trailer from them with the understanding that they would fix the floors that were caving in BEFORE we moved in, they only did a cosmetic fix. The back staircase wasn't even installed properly and started to fall by the time we left. They didn't get appropriate permits for the work on our trailer. They hired contractors who weren't even licensed in our area. And with all this they continued to raise the lot rent over and over. We've since moved on and they are still trying to screw with us.

Ferrelwoods helped with my children’s school supplies. The park management is great and very helpful.

Great community and a pleasure to work with. Office management was Great made buying my new home a smooth and flawless process. Highly recommend this place.

It’s been a awesome experience buying my first home here. Barbara and Linda have been amazing and are great at what they do. Excited to make this my home.

Linda is great, so happy to have worked with her to move into my new home. I just love my new home, I like the feel of being out in the country.

Had been considering renting/purchasing a mobile home there. Then I went to visit a friend and seen how shoddy/poorly constructed the brand new ones are. Yes, I'm aware it's not a standard home. But when spending $40,000+ you'd expect better.

The management here is horrible. More interested in making every penny they can than the people who live there.

Ferrell woods employees Linda and Barbara were very nice and respectful. They answered all my questions and explained everything very well. They made my home buying experience a very pleasant experience.

I lived here 28 years ago didnt like it. I thought I would try it one more time. I LOVE it here. Barb Paul and Linda are friendly and willing to help. Would recommend this community.

Is a very nice community a good place for a family the management goes above and beyond there work duties to help you and there response time is amazing im renting a home currently and had a leaky pipe under the sink and they had a plumber out asap I would definitely recommend this community to my loved ones and friends by far best management I have rented from
