I used this firm for around 25 years and after they advised me to switch from being an LLC to an S-Corp they then proceeded to file my taxes late and file me as an LLC telling me they didn’t know I was an S-Corp when they filed the paperwork themselves. From then on they were nothing but problems refusing to accept any of the responsibility and resulting in me having to get another CPA to fix everything and paying lots of late fees! Protect yourself and go somewhere else, Anywhere else!
